If you’re looking for a new apartment I am telling you, you must come to Residence at Shiloh Crossing. Bria assisted me when I came in person to inquire and although it rained in my tour date, she showed me apartments that were available and answered all of my questions. I moved in towards the end of Feb (Feb 23) the be exact and it’s been so amazing ever since. Lorenzo stayed until I was able to get to the leasing office on the 23rd and helped me get my keys, welcome package and showed me to my new home! There’s so much positive energy here, it’s a beautiful complex, having the privilege to view and listen to planes as they depart and arrive is beyond soothing to me. Residence At Shiloh Crossing has welcomed both my dog Rusty and myself and I definitely feel safe here. It’s affordable to leave here, my 1bdrm is very spacious and I have zero regrets moving here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this apartment complex and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Lorenzo, the knowledgeable and friendly best tour I’ve encountered. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process, Lorenzo kept me informed every step of the way, explaining in detail and providing fair pricing options— that works out for what I was interested in. Not only did he complete the tour promptly, but he also went above and beyond by showing me the amazing model and offering recommendations to ensure the longevity of my stay. I highly recommend touring with Lorenzo to anyone in need of where to move to, his exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and satisfaction.

I have been stressing trying to find an apartment after having a bad experience. Bria and her team at Shiloh Crossing have been absolutely wonderful. They are patient, informative and kind. I wanted to make sure Shiloh was the right place for me, therefore, I visited, called and emailed often. Bria, her manager, and the staff were always responsive and made sure my questions and concerns were addressed. I am grateful and I am looking forward to making Shiloh my home.

I’ve lived at Shiloh for over a year now. Best apartment living experiences bar none!! The staff is always so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Maintenance team is polite, prompt, and efficient. And the property itself is gorgeous! Even the community events do an amazing job of making Shiloh feel like a home by having events that incorporate families, couples, and single people. I can’t imagine living anywhere other than here and came wait to get my renewal because I am DEFINITELY extending my lease.

If you are looking for a place to call home that has a family friendly community, exceptional staff, beautiful living spaces, and breathtaking views, this is where you want to be! My family and friends always comment on how visiting me is like visit a luxury resort. Lol. I promise you won’t regret it!! Just check out that sunset view!!

The place is beautiful 😍 I just love the vibe iam in.... feels like home, it's quite, serene, I feel so refreshed when I take a walk outside my apartment, meeting new people, and gym of course it is very well maintained in terms of hygiene. So overall for me it's 10/10😍 I honestly love it.

If Lorenzo is your leasing specialist you’ll definitely be in good hands. He was very helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond with communication to make sure we had our documents on time. He made a fantastic first impression of this community for me!

Lorenzo was extremely knowledgeable and provided a great tour of the community. He made everything easy when moving in. Also would like to shout out Bria and Berkley as well. They were a great help. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend this place to live.

Brand new apartment and peaceful location. Apartments are very spacious. Staff is very friendly, they conduct events very frequently. Well maintained.

Apartments are really great for couples and small family. They have events every month and they properly maintain the apartments and security is great. One of my friend moved into these apartments after i recommended them and they are very happy about it. I would definitely recommend this apartments.

Recently had a work order for my dryer. A maintenance technician named Mario was extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and fixed the dryer! I've always had great experiences dealing with the Shiloh Residences staff.

I am taking my time to appreciate Bria for making my move in process so easy and smooth. I was simply stopped by to see if any apartment is available or not. Bria was working that evening. We felt very warm welcome and she guided us very well with always keeping that amazing smile. We felt very positive by her approach. Even though I was working back to back days she guided me through phone call about how to complete the application without any hesitation. She has that always willing to help attitude. I am so excited to be a new resident of your community. And heartily thank you to Bria for this awesome experience. This whole community is clean, spacious and very well maintained. Very good location. All staff are great. Response to your question in timely manner and advocate for your guidance and support. Thank you all once again.

I just had my ceiling fan upgraded to one with a light on it by the Maintenance Specialists here by the name off Mario. He did a fantastic job and I am extremely impressed with the new quality of light in my bedroom as a result of this upgrade. Also, Mario provided great customer service. He was polite, efficient and clean, so as not to dirty the carpet or floor:)!

Our time here at Residences at Shiloh Crossing was a very good experience. The leasing office team assisted us throughout our stay with whatever we asked for, and this community was so quiet and lovely. We will miss our neighbors as they were so respectful and kind!
The maintenance team was always diligently working and never cut corners and they were also so nice and friendly. The pool was very special with the crystal blue, clean water every time we went. This team of management will take care of your needs and you will have very nice neighbors and a very quiet community.

Its a beautiful place to live, the management is always so responsive and quick to any problems you have. With amazing events hosted by apartment life it helps us find more friends .

While in the process of apartment/home searching, Residences at Shiloh Crossing was recommended this complex and the property is amazing! The units are updated with plenty of space. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, especially Bria. Would definitely recommend this place to all who want modern living with good rates, great property management staff, and a convenient location in the RDU area.

I would just like to say the employee Bria is absolutely amazing. Her customer service alone made me want to stay here. I absolutely loved the apartments. Bria gave me a wonderful tour. She was very well knowledgeable on the rooms and offered services. The rooms are very spacious and I absolutely love the open concept.

Residences at Shiloh Crossing was a beautiful community! I was looking for an immediate move in close to the airport and I stumbled upon this community. I worked with Bria, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Residences at Shiloh Crossing was my top property, but due to a job offer in another state I wasn’t able to move forward with moving in. Should I ever need to move back to this area, Residences at Shiloh Crossing will be my go-to property! Thank you to the management team for all of your help! Highly Recommend!!!!

Really great place to stay. Mostly quiet and close to places to eat. I’m extremely happy with the maintenance here, Mario came out the same day I put my order in and fixed my AC quickly. Very knowledgeable and a big reason on why I will continue to renew.

Highly recommended! Just moved in to a 1B and the apartment unit was handed over in pristine condition! Very beautiful community and units. Even the hallways are very well made. The complex is well lit at night time.
The staff is super welcoming and friendly. Communication has been excellent. All my concerns were addressed almost immediately.
