Mercy Hospital Ada

I tried getting help for my sick child for four weeks, and every single doctor sent her home. I finally stumbled upon mercy ada, about an hour away from my hometown. They immediately admitted her to the ICU and went to extremes to save her. We’re on day 3 in ICU and making progress. If not for this hospital I would be at my child’s funeral right now.

Me & my wife both had cancer ,I had several knee surgeries & a back surgery there I felt I always could trust them with my care , best nurses especially the Cancer nurses , , over all I trusted drs ‘& Nurses, they had all kept me alive & well up to this day , way to go Mercy Staff

I went here to get a procedure done that I hadn't even heard of. My city didn't offer it so I had to come here and wasn't familiar with the area or the hospital. The care team was wonderful and treated me kindly. They didn't hurt me when they inserted my IV and even let me watch TV during my procedure. 10/10. If you're coming from McAlester and worried because of being mistreated by McAlester regional hospital, let me tell you Mercy is outstanding and will take care of you.

I have experienced the best of care at Mercy in Ada Oklahoma. Their new interventional cardiology program has put them heads and shoulders above the rest in the area. Who wants to go to the city? When you can get the best care right here at home?

I was their guest 3 days and I couldn’t have ask for better care. Now the food, especially breakfast needs attending to. I did receive carrots twice one day and one the next. But, that’s not why I was there. I appreciate all they did for me. If I ever do have to be admitted again , it will be there.

I went into the ER with a major female issue and the staff was great from beginning to end. Patient, caring, listened to my concerns, and I was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this ER!

The staff is very nice and caring, I always use this facility for my testing. It is always clean and they also ask important questions and they listen to their patients.

I was in their for 2 days i found the rooms clean the nurses were great and a big help and my doc was great to.

I was in rehab in January of this year after car accident. The doc and staff was so caring and knowledgeable. Therapy was, I think was as good as you can get! They got me back up on my feet and walking. I'd want to go there if I ever need rehab again! Hopefully not! Food is good.

Came to ER with our daughter with an injury this A.M.. ER staff went above and beyond for us. The Dr was very kind as well as the rest of the staff (front desk, nurse, radiation tech...) Thanks to you all for making a scary situation a little less stressful and the help with everything !!!

I have had issues in the past with the time it takes to actually be seen in the ER which has negatively impacted my opinion of this place. But once you’re finally seen the service is good, people are polite and attentive, and they do what they can to help!

I was admitted with pneumonia and had a 7 night stay. They staff are fabulous! Skilled and professional. No complaints!

Dr. Qudah is the best surgeon that Mercy has in Ada. He cares has compassion and works with you to find the issue and get you the help you need. 5 stars all day long!!!!

I was there September 9 - 11 and the staff is the best I’ve ever seen. The nurses are so kind and the doctors are great. I didn’t really like the room mate thing but it was super clean. I’m not positive but there one nurse who was in the emergency room Friday night when I was admitted and also my nurse the next day. She’s an RN and I think named Gina who was the sweetest nurse ever. She deserves a raise. Anyway love mercy hospital very much. Hats off to this place

On 11/6/22 I came to the ER with a possible TIA. Within a few minutes I was taken to a room and given amazing care by the ER Dr., nurses and other staff. It was determined that more testing and observation was needed, so I was admitted and brought to a room on the 2nd floor around 10 pm. I have to say I don't think that I have ever been given such great care than by RN's, Tiffany and Lindsay and CNA's, Jamie and Shelbi. They were so kind and caring. They kept me informed and answered every question or concern that I had. What a great bunch of ladies! Even the dietary, respiratory and housekeeping staff always asked if I needed anything. You should be proud of these wonderful people. Well done!

I took my husband to the ER at 11 AM because he got food caught in his throat. Being a new patient the check in time took a few minutes but that’s expected. He was in a room by 1130am. After trying different medications and different methods to remove the food and it didn’t work the provider called in the surgeon he was there within 30 minutes. They took my husband back for surgery which also took about 30 to 45 minutes at the most. We were leaving the hospital at 4 PM. All of the nurses and providers were amazing they were so nice and knowledgeable! Overall a great experience!!

I had my emergency appendectomy here. First surgery I've ever had and they kept me as comfortable as possible. The staff are amazing and empathetic, especially the maternity ward staff, where I was placed in overflow after surgery. Very kind and caring ladies.

As someone who has dealt with difficult medical issues most of my adult life I would say this er is the best I’ve ever been to. This facility should be the standard that all hospitals should work towards becoming. They exemplify the highest standard of professionalism team work compassion and care. I arrived during a very busy time and watched as everyone worked together with precise timing and fluid skills to achieve the best care even with difficult patients like me. Even the cleaning staff was prompt and efficient.

Every time I go here, the place is clean, the staff is super nice and courteous. They work around my schedule and get me in as soon as possible.
