I was able able to get the equipment I needed with one call and have it ready by the time I arrived to their office. Jessica was courteous and very helpful. Will do business with them in the future if I need more equipment.

Put me on a long waitlist for CPAP, didn't bother to suggest either of their competitors, who had CPAPs in stock.

I came in with a prescription from my Dr after a hospital stay over the weekend for an asthma attack due to my nebulizer at the time being broken. I was told I could only get a nebulizer if I had a chronic condition and that asthma is not chronic. They said they could run my insurance but it would take 2 weeks. I said I didn't have 2 weeks because I don't wanna be in the hospital AGAIN. Thankfully advance care near Walgreens was more then happy to run it same day and I walked out with the much needed nebulizer
