Walmart Supercenter

Customer Service person that I didn’t get her name. I had a ripped bag and lost a purchased phone case. I came in to see if they had found one and she made the customer service experience as good as it could get. Thank you very much!

Average Wally with above-average level of cleanliness. Friendly employees and well stocked considering it was late.

This place is always busy and I went on a busy day ( day before Thanksgiving). The stockers were busy filling shelves making sure everyone got what they need. This Walmart is in a town of 17,000 people and at any given time, 8,000 of them are in Walmart! Lol it’s a good store with stocked shelves.

I love Walmart! Everything you need but a babysitter! So the online shopping works just as good! My boy loves the fresh crescents in bakery!

All is good!! Walmart is Walmart. Take it or leave it!! Although here in the big town of ADA WALLY WORLD is oh so needed!

Pharmacy is unbelievably empathetic. The young lady working the check out at 6:55 got my urgent scripts to me with the best service I’ve had there ever with zero attitude! Will definitely go back!

I honestly don't know how, or if, this place sells fabric to anyone but me. It is ALWAYS like I'm asking someone to roof my house or swim across a septic lagoon. I ALWAYS get the same answer when I FINALLY find someone to ask; "I don't know! I don't have a scanner! I guess I could see if there is a scanner in the cabinet!" And, there is ALWAYS a scanner in the cabinet. I'm going to stop buying fabric here. I'd rather drive to Kansas, if that's the next closest place.

I'm a much happier Walmart customer now that I'm not trying to buy fabric there.

Everybody in ada walmart was in dire panic/psychotic mode over cold spell coming in crazy place

Been super surprised with how quickly employees get to the register when you need help these days. Always friendly too. It's becoming a place I actually enjoy going to

Friendly staff, some remodeling going on inside but doesn't block main store. Sure was clean and plenty of merchandise and groceries available - no shortages. Parking lot was full but sure laid out that it didn't seem crowded inside

It's Walmart. Clean enough. Nothing to complain about. Their soft drink options are minimal but 🤷

Walmart is always busy, and I know that everyone works so hard over there. I want to send a shout out to Debbie in customer service! She is amazing in so many ways! She goes above and beyond to be kind and friendly to everyone. We recently had to take back a toy that "santa" had brought to my kids and she played along with the whole thing telling my kids that the elves get busy and it happens. That was so amazing and I truly can't thank her enough. Kids are only little for so long and the Christmas "magic" is so easily broken. Thank you Debbie.

Store is clean and well stocked. Every staff member that I have been in contact with has been very friendly and helpful.

Just walmart. Clearance aisles, Spring merchandise hitting the shelves, Valentines too.
I used self check out, young man standing at the front of the uscan registers, just glaring at folks. No smile. Not sure he could speak. He pobably could speak, just didn't as that is not a WM requirement of their associates, so he was doing his job...I think.

This is an “old school” Walmart. Old store layout, & they even still have fish! It was a nice throwback to the early 80’s. Very friendly employees.

The service was excellent. There was a product that we get on a regular basis that wasn't on the shelf. We asked one of the people on the sales floor and he went back and spent 15 minutes unburying it out of the new shipment and brought us what we wanted. That's a lot of work for one flat of 12 bottles that were on sale for $.57 a bottle! That's less than $7.00 worth of merchandise. That qualifies as great!
