Arby's

Arby's is the upscale fast food. Every time I have dined with Ada Arby's, I've always left feeling satisfied. Upon my many trips to this restaurant, I have only had my order wrong once.

Honestly, I was not the best customer to deal with. Once I explained my problem, it was solved immediately! I value customer service more than anything.

I am a tough customer to deal with and may or may not have yelled at the staff.

Judge me if you will.

They not only calmed me, but delivered the BEST complex sandwich I have ever had!

Another thing to add.

Since I had to come back to the restaurant, they threw in the dessert for free as well! (The cherry turnovers and Reese's cookies are the best!)

It takes a lot for me to admit I was wrong.

Arby's, you deserve the highest honor.

If the same scenario happened at a different restaurant, I'd be leaving in cuffs.

That just goes to show that Ada Arby's understands customer service and compassion!!!!

Always just the nicest customer service. One of my favorite stops in Ada! 5 star everybody ✨

Great employees who always seem to be happy to serve you. Food had always been right. Never got a messed up order.

Friendly faces and professional. They got us our food in a timely manner, thankfully it was all fresh and our order was correct. Which for my family, hasn't been the case with other fast food establishments.

Just passing through, nice clean place to eat.

Pickup order when through drive throw. Lady at window was really nice and made sure l had everything needed. Food was great and order was right. Real great prices feed 3 of us including on larger order kid meal. Didnt even spend 15 dollars.

Friendly staff, good food! Service was a little slow, but nothing to cry about. I'd rather wait a little longer on hot fresh food than to have some hard and 1/2 cold junk that has sat around for too long.

Great sandwich and very fast service even during the lunch hour rush. Highly recommend.

Always always wonderful food had 1x when order was incorrect but the guys immediately fixed it no problem 💖

Loved It but slow drive thru. We ordered Beef 'n cheddar and loaded curly fries and they were hot and fresh! The service was great! They were busy but they were friendly. Will definitely go back!

Had the classic rbc with crinkle fries. Really liked the fries hot and very little salt which perfect for me. Nice drink choices. Jalapeno poppers werent firey enough but were served hot.

Stopped in to have a quick lunch. Staff was very friendly. Service was quick and the restaurant was nice and clean.

Good fun and gets you full

The Reuben was great and the Beef and Cheddar was, as usual, excellently messy. If there was a negative it was the potato cakes. They tasted like the oil vat was a bit old, making them a bit greasy. The Jamocha shake was a redeeming grace, making the meal and the visit a 5*.

Arby's gets a bad rep. This Arby's is always clean and everyone is always nice and they have food that my wife who has Celiac's disease can eat and enjoy. 14/10 will eat there again
