Convenient location along a main strip of businesses and chain restaurants. Friendly staff at all hours, nice fitness center, and breakfast was your average hotel breakfast.

Earline,Joeanne,Fran were wonderful with room housekeeping. Very helpful with towels, Room was very nice and clean. Thank you for these three they are always so helpful with your stay here. Thank you again me and my husband feel very accommodated and enjoyed our stay also breakfast was exquisite.

Hampton Hotel was an excellent stay!
Which included immaculate room service and a quiet stay. The staff was professional and always willing to answer questions or resolve concerns quickly. Breakfast was delicious and the Cook was awesome!

The hotel was nice and quiet. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I had great service and clean fresh towels the entire time. My space was clean and the breakfast was hot and ready every morning around 6a.m. There was a good variety of items and it was always clean.

Awesome experience! This is a beautiful Inn, the property is kept up well. I have to give a big shout out to Ms. Victoria Taylor, who is one of the managers that was on staff.

She really took care of me and my immediate needs. She saw the stress on my face when I approached the front desk after cancelling my reservation at one of the local hotels due to the horrible conditions. Ms. Taylor was super nice and more than willing to assist me in getting the best accommodations.

Our room met our expectations. Nice and clean. Delicious complimentary breakfast!

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Would stay again! Near lots of restaurants! The Waffle House right next door wasn't open, but that's no fault of the hotel. Would stay there again!

My stay was just for a night but I have no complaints. The hotel and my room were very clean, I could tell that the elevators and high traffic areas were definitely cleaned and sanitized. My room was comfortable and I had the best sleep. When I checked out it was effortless and easy, Ms Mary was there to make me and my kiddos plates of breakfast before we left, and she was the nicest person and made us feel at home.

Special thanks to the entire staff for making our stay a very pleasant one. We stayed for 9 nights and we received friendly greetings every day. From the point we checked in (thanks to Christie and Jennifer) to check out (thanks to Bobby) the experience was great. The breakfast (thanks to Ms Mary and Ms Thomasina) was great! The sausage and gravy was hot and the waffles (made for me by Ms Mary) was really good. We requested daily bathroom service and full service, and the service (thanks to Laritra) was given with a smile. I really hope Hilton reaches out to the Hampton Inn, Sumter SC and let them know that we really appreciate them and the service they provided during our stay and we will see them again in the future

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Room was clean and neat. Staff was always willing to help you. Andrea at the front desk is awesome and helpful. Mary in breakfast area was a blessing. Friendly and beautiful spirit. This really is a southern charm hotel.

All the staff I interacted with at the Hampton Inn-Sumter were a pleasure to speak with; the evening manager Ms. Carey, the absolutely wonderful breakfast ladies, Ms. Tomasina & Ms. Susan, and the young man Chauncey who checked me out were all delightful. The deliciousness and options for the free breakfast was an unexpected surprise. The room I stayed in was clean and nice.

I highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Sumter. The staff was so friendly from the front entrance to the check in desk and entering our rooms. We came there from Maryland to be with family due a lost love one. We run into a problem with our transportation trying to return home. Christie, Susan and Tonja made us so comfortable and welcomed. They were so patient and understanding. They assisted us like we were their family. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and honest. Thank You All So Very Much

Great, quick stay at Hampton Inn! The level of service and accommodations was unexpected. The room was spacious, clean, and very functional, with up to date furniture and technology. The staff was also very friendly as well. Continental breakfast was adequate and there were many amenities available. It's been a very long while since I stayed at a Hampton Inn and this experience will make me definitely consider in the future!

Good place to stay, have been to chains inn's many times and have not had an issue. Rooms inexpensive, clean and neat, staff is helpful and friendly, appearance throughout facility was fresh and orderly. Great Continental breakfast fresh and hot foods. We enjoy our visits because they have been always well run, clean and dependable. Those fresh baked cookies are good snacks.....

I called last minute before arriving in town to make sure a room was available Ms. Tonia that was working the front desk..took care of me upon my arrival it was a smooth checkin process. My room was very nice and on the first floor like I had asked her for :)

The Mgr. here is awesome, the front desk person was professional, groomed, knowledgeable and the stay was EXACTLY what I expected from a Hilton chain. Price was competitive. I travel the entire region of NC & SC for Progressive Leasing Inc. so after a long hard day I guarantee this is the place in Sumter SC.

Staff was amazing. Free breakfast in the morning was a plus. The person who takes care of the breakfast is a gem. She is so kind and thoughtful. I absolutely loved housekeeping. Tjey ensured we had what we needed. An excellent place to stay. Definitely would stay there again.

Christie the front Dess lady had great service provided us with whatever we needed was always there to help went out of her way.

Chauncey was at the front desk very helpful as well always willing to take the extra mile.

Mary was awesome very helpful with the breakfast she was also willing to help and get trays for us also ready to show food and explain everything she was great

Thomasina was an amazing associate. She was very friendly and respectful and had extreme patience. She conversed with us and shared laughs with us. She also took care of the breakfast area making sure it was clean and put together. It was a pleasure getting to know her I would never forget her.!!!!!

Leasia was awesome room housekeeping kept the room very clean she was very nice had a blessed time with her and great experience with the room.

Rachel Was very awesome couldn’t ask her for anything she was very willing to help she had a great conversation made us feel very comfortable made this experience at the hotel great.

Jay Keeps everything clean make sure that you don’t need anything always tries to help always goes out of his way to make sure wherever he’s at in the hotel is clean.
