Fatz Cafe - Greenwood

Husband and I ate at the Fatz Cafe in Greenwood SC tonight, we had Connor as our waiter and 10/10 recommend him. We loved him! He was such a sweetheart and too such good care of us and he was quick and talked to us like we had been friends for a long time. Great service tonight! And y’all go eat and hopefully get Connor to serve you ☺❤

Simply..AMAZING. Party of 13 1/2 all orders were correct, came quickly fresh and hot.as were all the tabs. Service was top notch and management was fantastic and did a fine job getting us all seated TOGETHER right away! The new Brisket Burger was Delicious!

I had a friend who worked at the restaurant so I decided to try it out. The food is delicious and the workers are easy to talk to. Good service and too quality

Good for this area. Rolls are great. Shrimp and grits are different but I enjoyed them.

We stopped in for a late lunch. No crowd. Service was prompt and friendly.
The food was hot and very good. Our waitress was kind, courteous and on top of things. She didn't write our order down but got every bit of it correct!

My reason for giving 4 stars for 'atmosphere' is because we were seated in a booth...benches need to be reupholstered badly! We were sitting in what felt like craters on both sides. Not comfortable at all.

Angie, My bartender, tonight was wonderful! I come in several times a month and i’ve never had a single problem out of her!! She works hard, shows effort in her job. tonight they were short staffed and busy and we still got our drinks and food in good time!

We have eaten at this particular Fatz several times over the last year or two when we come to Greenwood to visit family. It is a great place to eat the portions are great and the prices are good as well. Our waitress Angie was very welcoming and helpful, she was our waitress the last two times we have dined here. So, thank you Angie for serving us with such great southern hospitality!!! We your out of town it is nice to be treated like family and like you have known each other for years to get such great service and wonderful food cooked to perfection!!!

Went to lunch with my wife. The food was top notch. Leah and Jade made our day by keeping us informed (without being asked) about our order and being absolutely wonderful host and server.
I've been here several times and never disappointed by the food, service, and atmosphere.

Just passing thru and happened to pull in. My food was done in just a few minutes. Trent was the best server I've had in forever. He made sure I was good but wasn't bothersome at all. Even made sure the portion size was satisfactory. Highly recommended. Will stop in again one day.

My wife and I came in today. Haven’t been there in a while. Food was so much better this time than the last time we were there. But our waitress Angie H. Didn’t miss a beat. They were very very busy but she took the time to explain that they were busy and that she would make sure our experience was worth the wait. And it was. She is a true professional. I wish all waitresses took the time to make suggestions and ask if we wanted some appetizers etc. we did wind up waiting a few extra minutes on food. But our interaction with our waitress who was polite at all times was welll worth’s the wait. Thank you Fatz

The food was excellent!! The waitress was very nice and very good at her work. The only complaint I had was that the host seated us at a table that wasn't cleaned very well. Our waitress wasn't happy about that. Other than that everything was very good!!

Tried Fatz on a whim, browsing restraunts found this one so gave it a go.
Staff were friendly and courteous, my wait staff were efficient and polite ( one was training) the other.
There was very little wait time after ordering the restraunt was quiet as it was Tuesday evening around d 5.30pm.
I tried the shrimp and grits and was plesantly surprised on Fatz version of this low country favourite.
Perfectly cooked shrimp, bacon, Shallotte and cheese garnished grits with Cajun seasoning sprinkled around the rim of the bowl.
Visually and aromatically appealing, yep I demolished it.

We came to fatz Cafe for 3 reasons. My oldest daughter earned terrific kid at school, my little one graduated kindergarten & my birthday. Our waitress (Leah) was super friendly on top of training a new girl. When she heard it was my birthday she wouldn't let us leave without getting a birthday dessert lol

Fatz was fabulous. We were seated in less than a minute. Our waitress was awesome, friendly, helpful with suggestions, knew the menu. Food was great. Order was correct and fast. Rolls were brought immediately. Manager came out to tables to check on everyone, make sure everyone is happy.

My son and went in for dinner after a long day at work. The hostess said it would be a 40 minute wait. So we sat at the bar, Angie the bartender took really good care of us! She was great and I think she deserves a raise! We will definitely come back!

The all you can eat ribs are an amazing deal! They are super tender and taste amazing! Next time we go I hope we can get the same server, she was amazing!

Very friendly country people!! Food most of the time is good but one exception please redo your rice pilaf recipe cause it is definitely not authentic pilaf!! Except for The Outback having the best steak in town Fatz is 2nd best!! My son is a steak man that cooks like a seasoned chef when it comes to steak and smoking food so he knows what he's talking about! Fatz is never a wait in line place and the mixed drinks are one of the best in town!! Wonderful, wonderful!! Joe , our server is a courteous and exceptional woman!!

Their $12.99 all you can eat deal is worth it. I had the ribs. Then they have wings, and popcorn shrimp.Its available everyday.

We eat at Fatz here in Greenwood SC quite often and have always enjoyed it. Never had a problem with the food being cold or order not right. Our server’s name is Kylie and she made a good impression on us her first time so we always ask for her when we go. She is very friendly and attentive to us without being bothersome like some places can be. She always smiles and makes everyone feel at ease, very good working with the public which isn’t always easy. Would highly recommend this restaurant and Kylie as your server!!
