I started working with Charlie Johnson at Holden Insurance and let me tell you that it’s the best decision I have made for our business. I work in insurance and do not handle a lot of health insurance for a number of reasons, but the main one being it is very complex and there are better people than me to handle it. Talk to Spencer Miller at Holden and you are truly talking to an expert in the field, a specialist. When it comes to health insurance, you NEED to work with an expert. Holden Insurance has been with us every step of the way! My younger kids have higher premiums as they learn to drive- and there is a reason- accidents! They have had a few, and Holden has paid out each time. Sure my premiums eventually went up- but I expected it. Also when we had roof damage due to hail and wind, that the insurance company thought was not enough to require replacement- Chad called in and got them to realize there was enough and we got a new roof. Although it sounds like we have had a lot of claims- overall we have not.

I've worked with Charlie Johnson for both my auto and business insurance. He listens, cares, and as a new business owner, I have valued his help and support in finding the right insurance for me.

This company does not even deserve to get one star. They are the worst company for insurance. I called them and asked them to cancel a auto pay. They said we will do that. Then I find out the company did auto pay anyway. It's a bunch of women there, and they will say anything to cover for their screw ups. STAY AWAY FROM HOLDEN INSURANCE. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE RATED AT negative 10 stars.
