Lady wanted to fuss at me because her card machine wasn't working and said it cost her 0.50. Said it was my card. It worked two minutes later at another store. If you are going to get a garbage credit card processor, maybe don't take it out on your customers. You can get them that cost like a third of that. They are the next Hodges, just need to shut down if they can't run a business.

I have been to this store trying to get a refund for being over charged for an order of chicken at Ms. Ann’s fried chicken. I went there to buy chicken, I got 3 breast and 3 wings, it was busy and I was trying not to hold up the line. I was over charged for the order, breast are $2.99 each and wings are $2.59 each, I was! I have been patient and kind asking for my refund, it’s gotten me nothing. What should I do? I’m going there again and if I don’t get Justice I’m going to call the police to come and assist me, this is so wrong, why can’t the restaurant refund me my money? Why am I burning my gas back and forth to Greenwood from Cross Hill? It makes no sense. It’s so very sad that these foreigners come here and buy up stores to cheat and steal from their customers. I’m at my breaking point now, I have been very nice and respectful but the is ridiculous! I want my refund, my next visit I’m calling the police department to assist me in getting my refund, it’s so wrong that these people rob their customers like this. Stay away from stores owned by them, very bad customer service, I mean very bad.

Horrible customer service. They sold my husband a disposable vape that didn’t work, so I called the store last night asking if we could exchange the vape for one that worked. I spoke with a man that told me yes, just bring the box and vape tomorrow (today), and tell them it didn’t work. So today my husband took it up there, was being very nice and the foreign woman immediately started screaming at him, accusing us of lying, being very disrespectful to my husband as he remained calm and kept explaining to her that we were sold and a faulty device and just wanted to exchange it. She finally agreed to exchange it after being VERY rude and loud with my husband. Very embarrassing and bad business!! Now I see why people avoid this store!!
