Applebee's Grill + Bar

I like my food the same way I love my coffee, Hot!! Applebee's Grill and Bar delivered on Veterans Day, the food was hot, and tasted great. The restaurant was full of veterans. However, my food was received within 3 minutes. Yes, 3 MINUTES!! Kierra (waitress) you are the best, I appreciate you. Thanks Applebee's Grill and Bar for treating Veterans to free meals on Veterans Day. Faithful Customer for life.

It had been a while since I dined at Applebee's, so my Mom, sister & I met for lunch after church. The service and food were great. I'll be back!

Great staff there. Even if they're shorthanded they still work to make it the best experience they can. Food was great. Hot and fresh.

The best meal I have ever had. It may have been a salad but they made it seem more than just a salad. Service was excellent with the staff working together.

I recently went to Applebee’s with my friends and the waiter there was very nice, although it did take a little long to get the food, it was really good. I would definitely go back here again!

Cheyenne is honestly the best server i’ve ever met. she always makes it a point to communicate if anything is behind and always asks if there’s anything else needed. great customer service!!!

I had been driving all day hungry and thirsty. The hostess was excellent I forgot her name😔she spoke to everyone and seated us in a matter of minutes. My server was also the bartender doing double duty she did it with a smile and great service. This will be my go to place in Sumter. Thank you again for excellent service.

I ordered online and it took over an hour for me to get my food. Customer service sucks with the exception of a few of the staff. I still give them 5 stars because they gave me a complimentary meal and when I did get the food it was sooooo delicious and more than enough. I’ll never go back but y’all should try it on a better day

Dine-in, It’s an Applebees. Clean quiet (for myself and my wife at least). A decent experience for an Applebees. But all that being said if you are to get Tim as your server be prepared to have a very enjoyable night. He was very nice, respectful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Tim!

Recently we went on a double date here, the food along with the customer service was excellent. I ordered the crunchy shrimp along with french fries which were made to perfection I must say. Due to the fact that it was a Saturday night we did have a wait time which is to be expected. Overall great experience.

The bartender was excellent. Light skin...long braids and eyelashes. Forgot her name but she was great!

I had the 8-oz top sore line burger and it came with broccoli tips and it also came with roasted garlic mashed with potatoes and it was perfect not a thing wrong with it the meat came out the way I want it medium well and everything tastes great and just for a dollar more you got 12 bad of shrimps and he's a big size rooms and it was delicious plus a Coors Light bottle everything came to 2349 and that wasn't bad at all it was very delicious I would recommend it to anybody else and stuff the house happy I even gave the waitress a 5-hour tip and that's the end of all that

My family and I go here at least once a week! Sometimes twice a week. Love the friendly service and great food! Moved here a couple of months ago and this is the first place that has been good enough service and friendly enough to have us returning regularly!

The manager was so friendly and gave us great service. She was so busy but always stopped to make sure we were taken care of. She was helping a new girl train and she set such a great example. Love this place, my new go to!

It was so good, my food was well please. The waitress was nice and on time for everything. It was 4 of us ladies and no one had the 1st complaint.

Visited with my family just to have a night free of cooking. I've always enjoyed Applebee's. This was my first time at this location and I wasn't disappointed. The food was hot and delicious, our waitress kept our drinks filled and when the game machine didn't work she brought us another one. Overall, a great experience.
