The manager is awesome and made sure our order got taken care of quickly. The food was exceptional! Whoever the cook was today (1/13) should get a raise. The appetizer tenders are far superior to BWW and chick fil a.

This was our 1st time visiting this Chilli. They did not disappoint. The mangers walked around helping their servers and making sure the guest were ok. I could tell it was a little short staff but the service didnt show that at all. Tyler was my servers and he was friendly and managed all his tables well. The food was hot and drinks were good.

I always love this restaurant. Their sirloin steak is the best!! I enjoy the meal... I go against what "they" say your plate should look like after you finish eating and I eat every bit of food. I leave nothing on my plate. .that's how good the food is. My daughter enjoys the Cajun chicken pasta. It's her all-time favorite. The wait times are not long either. Well, the last time I went the wait was like 10-15 minutes max. The service is super fast too, so if you're really hungry and want to dine in and have a really good steak ...this is your number-one restaurant in Sumter for that.

Drinks from the bar were delivered quickly. Food also delivered fast. The waitress(Tyra) was very attentive and was available all throughout our dinner. Pleasant experience and we will be back!

Went in and placed my order with Awesome young lady named Amber she gave Fast Courtesy and Professional Service all with a Smile. Burgers were cooked to profession took off a star because not a pickle fan and mine had those and American cheese instead of Swiss will return again it happens

Husband and I had a great evening at chilis, our waitress was very attentive and the food was top notch. We both ordered the burger rancher and shared a brisket quesadilla and I had a wild berry margarita and they were all fantastic. Chilis should put that burger in a contest or something.

Lovely place to have a perfect cousin. Their service is excellent.

Our server Emily was very friendly and awesome tonight. She took everyone's order and made sure we were satisfied with our orders. We were originally supposed to be a party of 12 but ended up being a party of about 18 and even with the last minute changes she took on the extra guests, orders and continued to be awesome. Food wasn't great but our server definitely made our night worth it. Thanks Emily.

Ordered To-go online. Couldn't figure out how to add my free dessert coupon from my email, they forgot my ranch but everything was perfect as normal from this location.

The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious and the waitress was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to eat.

Mark this date — 1 April 2023 and this isn’t an April Fool’s joke.

Today my family dined at the Chili’s in Sumter, SC after vowing two years ago that we wouldn’t come back (even with gift cards).

Well, I had a gift card and so we rock, paper, scissor’ed our way back to Chili’s for dinner. As I slowly made my way up the walkway I was surprised that the door opened as I grabbed for it.

A manager with the warmest smile leaned further out to open the door. I was so surprised when he “WELCOMED” us to Chilis (and with a SMILE)! I asked if he was a manager and he smiled bigger “Yes!” with his eyes!

The hostess was just as welcoming and so was the young lady (with braids) who took our initial drink orders. My family and I tried not to compare the two experiences but what a wonderful difference!

Throughout the meal, several staff members continued to check on us (including managers) and even though the kid’s meal came out first (and my daughter was done when our food arrived) a manager offered to bring my daughter a side or a treat. We declined his gracious offer but “WOW”!!!

I took the time to write up my comments on the new electric guest check out kiosks on the table and a manager stopped to check in. While my family groaned, I happily took the time to read to him how much the staff made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the service was DYNAMITE!

Great work CHILI’s — PLEASE KEEP IT UP!

Such a friendly staff. Good team and well greetings at the door. Good waitress and perfect management. Manger Julian was always walking in the restaurant to make sure everything was good.

The customer service was spectacular. There was no wait time and our food came out quickly.

Was a great date night for me and the wife. Food was spot on I eat rare and wife medium. Both cooked spot on. The drinks from the bar super good. The service excellent. Jeremy our server was on point. Did not pester but made sure we had what we needed. I always request a sweet tea to come when my food comes noone ever remembers Jeremy is a first the food came and following behind the expo Jeremy and my sweet tea. We had to let the manager know how great it was she was super nice and we will be back.

Our server was great! Corn was awesome and way too much food to consume in one sitting. Also had the soup
