Jessica and Bella were very kind to both me and my puppy dog while we were in the drive thru. They were patient and listened to any questions I had. Both ladies were all around very helpful. I have only been here twice and I've had good experiences both times. Thank you girls so much!

This is my special coffee donut place. My usual are cocoa mocha iced signature latte and the caramel maze. The donuts, you already know they are the best. However, I had a cinnamon roll donut and it didn't taste fresh or it was just not a good taste, so I would stay away from that one. The Staff here are the BEST! Shout out to April!! Very pleasant, professional, friendly, and very apologetic staff. Heads up, please don't go here if you're tight on time, they are super busy in the mornings, so please have time to spare when going for your donut or coffee. The ladies are very fast and efficient. Please be patient with them. They give service with a smile unlike Starbucks...yep I said it.

I had an egg and cheese croissant. It was cooked to perfection.

Great service even though they were crazy busy. Didn't have to wait for my food. Their hash browns and bacon and egg wrap were delicious. It's on the snack menu but for me it was just enough as if it were a meal. I have not been disappointed with them any time I've been there.

Only place in Sumter that gets the doordash order right! Got the exact dozen donuts requested. Plus our drinks were delicious! Highly recommend

Well, let me tell you!! Someone came through here and got rid of the non-working people and now have a wonderful crew, since adding new ones to the hard working good employees. Difference between night and day! Alexis took care of me today, and not only is she a hard working employee, she is also a sweetheart!! Good work Dunkin!!

I love stopping here in the mornings on my way to work. There is a young lady that I look forward to seeing when I'm there. She normally works morning shift and she is always super friendly and helpful. I'm not sure of her name but its always more pleasant when she is there.. When she is not there my order is still always good but I do miss when she is not at that window...

Today I hopped out of bed and rushed to Dunkin’ Donuts with my phone on like 2%, ordered my latte, avocado toast and pup cup. Got the total and went to move the funds from savings to checking, because that’s what I always do. On the way up to the window my phone died while trying to transfer the money over. I frantically searched for a charger in my car....couldn’t find one. I was just gonna take the pup cup because it’s free and just cut my losses and go home and maybe charge my phone and come back. But JENNIFER, YOURE A LIFESAVER . She told me don’t worry about it & took care of it. Can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond for me this morning. Dunkin’ Donuts is lucky to have such a kind and amazing employee! Thank you again, made my day! 😊

Truly amazing! I walked into this establishment with my two three year olds (#BusyMomLife), lol. Well, on my way out, I dropped my dozen donuts. The tall black gentleman at the counter was very kind about it. I’ve had bad previous experiences with Dunkin', where employees have laughed at me for doing this (it happens often, I’m clumsy and silly haha). One even stepped on them! This did not happen in this store. I almost started to cry, but my knight in shining armor came right away! He picked the box up for me, asked me if I was injured, and even offered to call an ambulance! Amazing customer service from Donminik. Give him a raise!

Tasha in Sumter is the absolute BEST! She took care of me quickly and professionally after a bad Door Dash experience. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the staff in Sumter!

Customer service is EXCELLENT!!!!
I can NOT pass by without getting my iced coffee "fix", and the baristas have NEVER let me down. Will go out of my way to just to get my coffee from THIS location, even if I'll be passing 20 other Dunkin Donuts during my destination. 😍😍😍😍

The gal on the order window today 7/16/20 @ 1150 was excellent! Not only my order was right but you could tell she was smiling under the mask. I did not catch her name but she was wonderful!

Be patient with the staff there, but this was hands down the best coffee and service that I received. The woman making the coffee was an absolute doll, she explained and fixed our coffee when it was not to our liking. Friendly, and great time there!

I drive about 25 minutes to the Dunkin' donuts to can donuts 2 to 3 times a week. The staff here are always friendly and the orders are accurate.

Love Dunkin', They always seem to get my Coffee correct when I order My Large Iced Coffee with half coffee and half Cream. When I visit this location I am always stressed as I have a fur-baby at the Vet Next Door. And the cashier always will talk to me and keep my mind at easy while I wait to pick up my Fur-baby.

Excellent operating hours make it possible for me to pickup donuts on the way to work for my coworkers when most stores are closed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Donuts tasted very fresh.
