I didn't stay in the hotel but there is a church service held there every Sunday evening by Dominion Church. The holy Spirit moved there.

My entire experience was awesome!!! Ms Judy checked me in and was warm and professional. The room was awesome, a few minor issues that Ms. Judy ( if I got it wrong please forgive me) handled beautifully. The room I had was comfortable and inviting. From the decor, to the bed, to the television and amenities. Housekeeping was respectful and courteous when we denied service. The check out was equally professional and hospitable. Ms Marie (again, if I got it wrong please forgive me) was very helpful and informative. Thank you for an enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Much nicer than I expected for the price. (Very good price!)Very clean room, updated room and new furniture. Had small refrig, coffee maker, new towels and linens ….they are in the process of updating all the rooms. Pool was nice. Complementary breakfast included. Pretty good. All Staff was great (Danielle who was there in evening to check us in was so friendly and helpful). Felt safe. If I’m in the area again, I would absolutely stay here.

This hotel was a good price, but it was an older facility. Our housekeeper Sandra was wonderful. She checked on us and interacted with our seven year old grandson often. She had great customer service skills and attitude. She should be commended! The pool was clean and refreshing. I was surprised that there wasn't an exhaust fan of some sort in the bathroom. If we return, we will request a ground floor room as the stairs were a bit much to handle for me. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was in a great area, close to shopping and restaurants.

Our room had recently been remodeled so it was nice and clean. Night clerk was really nice and helpful. You only get one plate of a hot breakfast but hey it’s free. 😁

We were initially a little sketched out when we pulled in, but they are doing some seriously fabulous remodeling. Our room was perfect, neat, clean, and the A/C worked. I wish we had time to go for a swim or at least explore the adorable courtyard area.

Great choice to stay, and probably cheaper than other hotels you'll find in the near vicinity.

The rooms matched the pics online seriously it may not look like much from the outside but inside is completely remodeled we got there our first room and other the beds not made and dirty towels spoke with the night manger and they immediately changed our room and WOW very nicely remodeled very clean highly recommend!!!!!!!!! Not to mention ice cold A/C

I really like the hotel. The person at the front desk was wonderful. Check in was fast and no problem. My room was wonderful. My service person (Zee) was Fantastic AWESOME, she kept my room wonderful 😀. She Kept my towels fresh. Zee was the best.

Rented a smoking room with king size bed. The remodeled room is nice and allowed me to get cleaned up and relax. Stayed here waiting to move into new place. Didn't see any problems with the room or cleanliness. They are remodeling.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations! The price of rooms are reasonable for all that the rooms offer! My suite had a huge tv, beautiful furniture, 2 sinks, stovetop, spacious counter, microwave, fridge, and much more. It was very clean and modern, the environment of the lobby and hotel was calm and quiet, the pool is well-kept, the customer service was excellent, and the breakfast to-go bags due to Covid-19 had muffins, fruit, energy bars, tea packets, coffee, water, etc. The hotel had arranged for a taxi to pick me up from the airport and then back again at the end of my stay. I will definitely be staying again!

5 stars just isn't enough. This property deserves 5 plus. The property is very well maintained. Rooms are very clean. Housekeepers here are very professional and they always greet you with a smile. Front desk personnel is professional. I highly recommend this property. Great job everyone and we will be back. Thank you very much for making us feel at home.

I really enjoyed the time I spent here. Actually my first time at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, they've got a clean pool and the area around it. The biggest bonus is the coffee that is conveniently in the room. So keep up the good work

After reading some other negative reviews I feel a higher credit is due.

The staff make a hotel, and here is just such a case. Everything was clean, fresh and orderly and a perfectly acceptable place to stay for anyone.
The building and rooms are dated, but that is all. They are kept as good as they day they where made. The parking lot I'm sure they plan on paving, but I don't sleep on it, I park on it.
Great job staff!

After fighting the Master's (Golf) traffic thru Augusta, we finally found a place to lay our heads. Nothing could be found before Sumter. Luckily, I called from the road. Stayed two nights and had the best time. My brother and his wife were nearby. The hotel was family oriented, children were there and it was safe after dark. The young people could enjoy the live band at the bar. Or pool. The old folks could indulge at all you can eat buffet in the restaurant 😋. Just make sure the front desk has all your guests on your room. You get vouchers from the hotel to eat a buffet style breakfast. If specified 4ppl but the front desk fought me. So I Raised cain! Somehow they only listed me for 2 not 4 guests. The MOD found the error, but I had to return the next morning to the same lady, to get satisfaction again! Rooms were nice, cleanliness B+, but the perks were A++. Across from all the stores in the world! And Walmart. Lol 😆.

We visit the city of Sumter South Carolina often and we always stay at one of the Choice Hotels for the rewards.

A few visits ago we stayed at this Qualoty inn and everyone was so professional and friendly we have made this the only place we stay now.

The rooms are wonderful after a long drive. The staff are all awesome and accommodating and very friendly.

To me. If I am going to stay somewhere and sleep at a place I dont want to be greeted by a robot the staff are all very friendly and personable.

I give 5 stars and I have stayed in many hotels. I love this place.

Great place to stay! 5 days and 4 nights for 340 wasn't as badas most places. Was close to my father and in the town of Sumter with very awesome people and service. Free breakfast was wonderful. Miss it already. Room was very nice and large.

We didn't get into town until late , we were trying to find a reasonable place to stay. My wife and I tried a in Camden, the place where she called there was rude, so she called Quality Inn, they were more than happy to accommodate us. I will always be grateful to them. This is where we're going to stay every time we're in town

I went last year with my hubby, well our room was clean everything work and only thing ice machine far... Comfortable! even though it's being renovated.

Great place! All nice people who work there a restaurant with the best Southern cooking you could ask for the free breakfast buffet with your room is outstanding lots of places you can walk to 4 shopping Walmart across the street
