Progressive Physical Therapy - Murrells Inlet

We were very fortunate to have found Progressive Physical Therapy in Murrells Inlet. It is a small place. They have two therapists Aaron and Kim. Everyone there is super nice and have great personalities. My husbands therapist was Aaron. Such an awesome guy!! He was very knowledgeable and did an exceptional one on one job with my husband's lower back issues! It's a shame that the physical therapy industry is going away from one on one treatments just to push more patients thru in a day. People should not be just a number needed to fill a quota!!! We hope Aaron continues doing one on one treatments, and will definitely be back again if needed. If you're in need of Physical Therapy please look them up and ask for Aaron or Kim. You won't be disappointed.

All associates are relaxed, friendly and professional. They truly create a scenario of being among friends. I actually look forward to my sessions with my new found friends. The MB location has Outstanding staff . Outstanding faciliy. Together we have made great strides in my knee recovery in just 3 weeks. With their help, I'll be back on the golf course in no time.

From my first appointment at Progressive Physical Therapy, I was sure that I was in competent hands in a clean and safe facility. In spite of juggling a very busy schedule of patients, Dale Gallo remained focused on each patient's individual needs. He was professional, in charge, assuring, respectful, and personable. Dale was very caring in administering the dry needle therapy that eventually erased my pain. I highly recommend Progressive Physical Therapy.

I was having horrible migraines and the PSR Christin Carter, was very helpful and professional in helping me set up an appointment and made it super easy to get in so fast! I received the dry needling from the physical therapist Dale, and he also gave me some stretches to help with the tightness in my neck and shoulders. I have came back multiple times and it has been an absolute game changer! Highly recommend this office!!

I was in a car accident, was sent to physical therapy. This is where I met the best Physical therapist ever. This guy has hands of magic and he's also gentle and thoughtful. After about 4 weeks of therapy I feel pretty good. Thanks Dale Keep up the great work. I would Definitely Recommend.

I have to say that the staff at Progressive PT are amazing! Kristen at the front desk was pleasant and helpful and Dale, the physical therapist could not have been more knowledgeable and experienced. I felt totally at ease and I am so glad I opted to go to Progressive.

After suffering with a puled muscle in my neck, I was amazed after a few sessions and dry needling, how I can turn my neck pain free.. I no longer experience the constant headaches I was experiencing from this injury. The therapist Dale, does not push when your hurting and the exercises he puts you through are done with limitations. I'm gradually working my way up with pain free results. The staff is wonderful and I would highly recommend Progressive Physical Therapy here in Murrells Inlet. .

Suffered a work related back injury that prevented my from completing my designated job. The only good thing about going thru worker’s compensation is that I was placed in the care of Dale, who has done a fantastic job. There where days of where I only got two to three hours of sleep. He recommended Dry needling therapy, along with the other exercises. I can definitely say I am feeling much better. On the road to being back at 100%

Dale Gallo, DPT, has been wonderful in helping with my recovery from shoulder surgery.Very personable and knowlegable. I followed him from the North Myrtle Beach office as I respected his direction for my care.

Great staff and equipment! Unlike other PT locations, Progressive is all about one to one physical therapy. Kim did a wonderful job!

I went in for severe back spasms that would not release with prescribed meds. Dale introduced me to Dry Needle Trigger Therapy. It worked so well. Can't thank him enough.

Staff is outstanding, attentive to your progress and listen to your problems. They make it a Fun and Friendly atmosphere they work hard with your workers compensation to get you what you need.
