Robin (working the 2nd shift) is great addition to your team. She goes beyond to ensure the customers are receiving the services they need. I really appreciate her kindness in my time of need. Everyone else was very welcoming and helpful as well.

One of the cleanest truck stops I've been to. Although the have self check out, all of the employees were doing things to keep the store clean and well organized. Plus everyone was friendly in the morning, that's always a plus

Good experience here this weekend. Bathroom could use some help, but overall good place to stop for fuel and food. My Good Sam card was good for 10 cents off per gallon at the fuel pump.

Clean location. Nice and courteous staff with lots to offer. There is a Wendy's a Cinnabon showers and restrooms.

Passing through and stopped here to take a nice hot shower and Pilot did not disappoint. The cleaning attendant was very kind and the shower was super clean. Also had to use the laundry and it worked great as well. Highly recommend!

Traveling with a loved one that is confined to a wheelchair I was concerned about rest stops. Pilot came through for us. Each time we asked a clerk if there was a bathroom I could use to help my wife, they quickly escorted us to a large private restroom we could use. THANK YOU PILOT!!!

It has a Wendy's inside and plus they ... pilot have there own food and coffee

Parking is a little squirrellie if you're not a backer. However if you go past The pilot, same road there is the
I40 commercial parking, a lot of room. Not sure if it's free or charge. It's your average pilot lol is all I can say. I'll know more in the morning when I need my brew. Hahahahaha

This is a really clean pilot! The showers are nice and the temperature doesn't change when someone flushes! It was nice to have a good shower. They are hard to find when driving over the road. Thank you Pilot! Staff is really nice and welcoming too.

The people that were absolutely awesome! My truck literally shut down at the pumps from overheating and there was no parking....the people on evening and night shift allowed me to stay there at the pump with no issues and not have to worry about getting towed till the morning when I was able to resolve the issue! They went above and beyond and offered me free coffee and gave me a free shower in the meantime! Super great staff and people working there.... Highly recommend....

Clean and friendly. The best Wendy's in the area and the Cinnamon rolls are great too.

Gas was cheap, tons of easily accessible pumps, plus they have a Wendy's, so it's extra awesome.

This Pilot Station was the cleanest I have been at traveling across country - and busy!! WOW!! LOTS of spaces for trucks and TV's, GREAT selection of items, even had a hot breakfast bar!! AWESOME!! GREAT customer service - very nice employee's. I will recommend this Pilot to EVERYONE that I know that is traveling. Bathrooms were very clean!!

Clean place!!! We had only stopped to put air in a tire. We went in, used the restrooms, and got coffees. When we got to the counter to pay, the cashier said, "the coffee is on us." There kindness was greatly appreciated. We'll be doing business there again we are in that area.

Clean, with very pleasant staff. Be careful when you park to not get blocked in by the traffic in Wendy's drive through. Them there fatties want burgers, and they won't risk losing their place in the drive through line to allow you to reverse out.
