Was visiting with family, My first time there and the food was perfect. The GM is very knowledgeable about the store and products, the staff was awesome. Plan to visit again when I am in Sumter SC.

The staff here is awesome. They remember me when I come in and even remember what I usually get. They're laid back, chill and get the job done quick and right. Love this cookout!

The Cajun fries and grilled chicken are delicious. I live up North we do not have a Cookout so when I visit SC I definitely visit. The prices are very reasonable.

Cookout is always gonna be my favorite late night meal. The local restaurants close a bit early in this area but they have soooo much to choose from. It feels like an endless unlimited menu. It never fails to please my family.

We had the burger & hot dog trays, with a wide variety of sides. Was a hearty meal at a great price! The walking taco was my surprise favorite!

It was amazing! I wasn't gone visit because of the reviews but I did anyway. The line was long so I knew people liked it & it moved fast! We ordered a Jr plate 2 corn dogs with, fries, cheese bits & butterfinger shake. My fiance ordered the BLT Jr plate with cheese bites, fries, and coke. 13$ total. It was hot & fresh. So worth the price & they had alot of variety on the menu! I'd just give it a try if you skeptical! No pictures unfortunately. The shake was super thick & u can taste the butterfinger bits. Just use the spoon they give because I was struggling with the shake lol but I'd rather a thick shake than a milky shake.

Would give 5 stars, but you would never get better.

Cookout never disappoints. I got the double cheeseburger, with slaw and hush puppies, and topped it off with a peachcobbler shake. My hubby got the box with 3 chicken strips, with onion rings, chicken wrap and a Heath Bar shake..We were so hungry and this meal was wonderful!! Best burger I've had in a while, not better than even from the more expensive burger places in town.

I love this particular cook out because I have never had to wait longer than five minutes to get my food. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs which makes all the difference. The quality of the food is really good and as far as fast food goes cook out is one of the best.

Service has been excellent each time we've come. Relocating from the rudeness and entitlement in CA, it's refreshing to see that great of customer service from the young generation. Now throw in the good food and the value, we have found a new family favorite.

This place definitely has the best bang for your buck. The drive thru does get crowded at times, but they stay open way late and have never messed up an order. And the food tastes great.

It's fast cheap food that taste good drunk or sober. It's also one of the few places here in Sumter that is open past 11pm. The tea is southern and sweet while the shakes are made quickly and fresh.

Fresh & fast food! Just wish they'd pay attention to the shakes. Last time we went through ordered 4 shakes & NONE of them were what we ordered. Line was too long to go back through so we took the loss.
