Best Western Bridgeview Hotel

The entire stay was a great experience except there was one receptionist who was rude and I heard it from multiple other guests. She just sits and reads a book or watches tv anyone asks her for anything she acts as though they are a huge problem for her. Everyone else was amazingly nice and helpful with upbeat positive attitudes. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Provide 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate. Delicious hot breakfast! They even do a happy hour (Mon-Thurs) and you get 2 free drinks and food! Nowhere else does that! It makes the stay so much more enjoyable!

Great value, Very clean rooms and common areas, Super friendly staff and Awesome breakfast bar with tons of options. Tina runs a scrumptious galley! 😋

Always have a fantastic time here ! Fun for everyone! The staff is pretty much awesome! Russ was our night staff on our last stay and he was super helpful,kind and got us what we needed . Along with the lady at the desk. Checking in, accommodated our special needs child (: by far the best hotel in the area.

Stayed here two nights. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful. We had a calamity at the airport with one of our bags and needed to do laundry the night we arrived. The facility was easy to use. Breakfast is served on the same level as the pool and we chose to eat poolside. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Fun perk, the welcome to Wisconsin sign is right next to the hotel parking lot.

Very nice staff, Tina time is everything and more. Good breakfast, clean room, epic pool and vibes. Best spot to stay in the area.

The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. Great amenities with a pool and hot tub. Check in was painless, even at the last minute!
It is in a good location, right next to a steakhouse with mouthwatering steaks!
Best of all was the cocktail hour with free drinks and nibbles, it was a great point of difference and we loved the vibe.
Would definitely stay again :) and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

When I first called to make my reservation, Jackie was so helpful and genuinely friendly and kind. She was so accommodating for me. I recommend this motel for anyone traveling in the twin ports area it is convenient to all attractions. And the free breakfast is absolutely amazing. The pool area is also clean and very pleasant. A highly recommended place

Really liked our 3 night stay here. Clean, quiet at night, good breakfast in the morning! Also, I forgot my phone charger in my room when we left and they were kind enough to find it and mail it back to me! Thank you very much!

No complaints! Good breakfast selections, pool was nice, beds were comfy, nice size room, and especially Jackie at check in was super nice! Honestly best part just because sometimes check in can be rough especially after a long day but she made it easy and was super friendly while doing so. There was a small stain on the wall of our room but didn’t look suspicious so I didn’t mind. Just be aware of the train in the mornings as it is kind of loud but I could still sleep through it. Overall would stay here again :)

Left a great review back in 2019. Stayed again in 2023. The difference is night and day.

2019, Everyone was friendly, everything was clean, everything was on time and housekeeping was very timely.

2023, Stayed two weeks, Housekeeping refused to stop by our room even to check on trash or towels.... They claim that post-covid left them with little staff. Although their staff seems to take many smoke breaks during the day, and walk past overflowing trash bins, without batting an eye.

Also, whatever time it claims that they open breakfast is not necessarily when they are going to open breakfast. When it says 6am, it could be 8am. It's just whenever they decide they want to send someone down. Makes it hard to plan breakfast before work.

Very disappointed with this stay, We'll find a different hotel the next time that we are in Superior.

Very clean rooms, quiet and pool/whirlpool were clean. We walked to various bars and never had safety concerns.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool and the hot tub were open and nice. The breakfast was more than adequate. The breakfast attendant was definitely doing her job. The front desk attendant was very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. We will be staying here again.

very friendly staff, rooms were good size. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. We enjoy the hot tub while the kids enjoyed the pool. And we all loved the little store they have to the right of the main doors. Lots of choices. Convenient location would recommend to others.

Excellent rooms, service and staff. Cocktail hour was a surprise and very much appreciated. Breakfasts were tasty with a good assortment to choose from. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to go to the gym, pool and hot tub after a busy day. We will definitely use the same hotel on future trips.

BW always has the best breakfasts. This location is great and very close to a high tourist destination. I can always count on clean rooms and great service.

We stay here often. The handicap room is big, shower & bathroom work well, easy to manure. Lots of fluffy towels. Pool & the area are nice. Front desk folks are very friendly & helpful. Appreciate the noon check out time. My only complaint is that they really need to pay much closer attention to fine cleaning. I don't think the door handle had been wiped off since the place was built. Same with the light switch plates.

I happened upon this hotel because it was included in a Duluth traveler's coupon book. $99 for a room on a Friday was a GREAT price most anywhere, since every other place was around $200/night after taxes. The hotel is in a great spot, close to the bridge for those who want to go back to Duluth for anything. The staff are very friendly and helpful and this hotel is unique in several ways:
1) they have unique decor, like ship and sailing elements and architectural elements of ship design and the pool area has real, living plants.
2) they have a "gift shop" which carries candy, chips, snacks, drinks, souvenirs, like magnets, shot glasses, postcards, hoodies and hats, and get this --- BEER!! Good beer and regular domestics. For purchase until 11pm. Also, a huge array of pool accessories like swim toys, floating, googles, etc.
3) the hot continental breakfast is beyond AMAZING!!! (Eggs, sausage, two kinds of waffle makers, with a huge assortment of toppings / different style sprinkles, toast & bagels with huge varieties of toppings for those, like reg and strawberry Philly Cream Cheese, Nutella, Jiffy Peanut Butter, etc., yogurts, Dole fruit cups, fresh fruits --- 🍊 🍌 🍎 --- and some really good juices) and it goes until 10am.
4) they have a pet-friendly policy and area of rooms for pets (not that I had a pet with, but I was informed that they are pet-friendly)
A gorgeous ice sculpture of the bridge was on view outside the lobby and I was astounded by the amenities of design and unique touches at this location.

The only complaint is that the housekeeper (a male) did not do as good of a job cleaning our room in between the previous guest with a pet and our check in. But, as you can see by my review, the pros outweighed the cons. In this unique time, it's crazy that many ppl are unemployed, yet so many industries have a hard time getting good staff to rely on.
