I recently purchased a sleeper sofa. The purchase was smooth and the store staff very accommodating.
The sofa was delivered today and the experience was totally stress free. Brendan and Logan were very professional, courteous, and pleasant. I have a narrow upstairs stairway and was a little concerned that the sofa might not make the climb! Brendan and Logan, however, handled that challenging situation with total ease. They did an awesome job!

Prices are fantastic and even better, Xavier at the TN location went WAY above and beyond to help us purchase items and set up delivery to help a family member with very specific needs. We had to order from several states away and he made sure we were totally taken care of. We feel like we are in good hands even though we are ordering from 2 thousand miles away for a special delivery in TN.

Have lived here for 6 years now and this is the only place we have gotten our furniture. They have always been top notch and given us great service and great furniture! Will continue to use this furniture company hands down the Best in Greeneville!!

After a horrible ordeal with an online furniture company, that ended in litigation, my husband and I purchased a love seat for his man cave from Chayse.
We loved the service we received and the quality of our love seat so much, I called Chayse back the next week and ordered an entire suite of furniture for our living room.
I will only go to Badcock and deal with Chayse for the rest of the furniture we need for our new home.

I came in looking for a bed, and having low credit, I was able to afford a reasonably nice one. On top of good merchandise, the customer service is above and beyond what most people would do. They've helped me with various issues and have been very professional.

Also, a side note, they've helped my credit to the point that I was able to purchase a house. I highly recommend doing business with them, especially if you're looking to build your credit.

Badcock in Greeneville is my go to furniture store. Hannah, Andrea, and Xavier always go above and beyond. Whether I’m making a purchase or just paying my bill. Logan is always our delivery guy! He is so nice and always has a smile on his face. When we had a issue here recently Chayce and Hannah both went above and beyond to get it fixed. They did more for me then corporate did. I 100% recommend you going by and seeing them! Also we were able to build our credit by our purchases. So if your needing to build your credit I recommend doing so if you need some furniture.

We had a great experience! Called to get pricing one day. Spoke with Hannah who helped seek out what we needed, texted me pictures of the bunk beds that were in our budget to make sure I knew what to ask for when we came in. She also texted me the info for SNAP financing so I could do it at home. Went in the next day and the staff and owner went above and beyond to help us in our situation. Will definitely be back.

What a great experience! Our sales associate, Hannah, was very knowledgeable and helped us with getting just the right arrangement of furniture we were looking for. She helped us with the different colors we could use with our new living room set.

I needed to rebuild credit. I heard about badcock from a friend. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They understood my situation very well. Cheyenne was my sales rep. She was very patient and determined to ensure I got what I wanted. There was a guy that helped us too. I didn’t catch his name but he was a manager obviously if not the gm. He was very savvy like he’d been there forever. Very nice people. They belong in customer service.

Everyone is always super polite with a contagious smile have a great experience. Every time I walk in the store and always walk out with a smile highly recommend to anyone.

Came to Badcock in Greenville looking for a couch and loveseat set and was greeted almost immediately. We didn't want to be hounded as some places do so we told the man (Wade) we just wanted to look around and if we had questions we would call for him, Wade our salesman gave us the freedom that we needed to walk around and in so doing that we walked out with an amazingly soft set that we love!!
