Wife and I are so fortunate having a Doctor who does not treat you like a number takes important time and really cares about your good healh. His Nurse (Carrie) and Office Manager (Theresa) are the very best and we think the world about them. Feel very blessed finding them!

It's so nice to see a doctor who seems to genuinely care and take time with you. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door.

Dr. Fleming is very thorough. He really went the extra mile for me back in 2019. I had a ruptured disc him and his staff made sure I got the help I needed to take care of it. Now it’s 2021 and he is once again making sure I get the help I need to take care of a bulging disc.

While I appreciated my doctors bedside manner and overall attitude, I would not recommend this office. After several months of working with my doctor to figure out why I’m experiencing chronic pain on a regular basis, I was given three diagnoses and “referrals” to follow up with four specialists that I could not see without said referrals. I was scheduled a six month follow up to touch base after seeing the specialists. My referrals, if they ever even wrote them up to begin with, were never sent. At the follow up appointment the nurse said “I see this is supposed to be a follow up on your referrals but we never had any referrals”. While I was waiting for the referrals to go through I’d called Magnolia to touch base as it had been quite some time with no word, I was told that it was because all of the offices are backlogged with new patients. Their next excuse was a “system error”. This is unacceptable. I am in pain ALL THE TIME. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

Awesome doctor but for the love of god fix the wait times. If you arrive at 1245 for a 1pm appt you should not be taken back to a room at 3pm and seen at 4pm

I was late for my bloodwork today there was nobody in the waiting room and they could not spare five minutes to draw my blood after fasting. I didn’t even need to see the doctor. I know it was my fault for being late. But this place is so on organized. Every time I do have an appointment and I’m on time I wait at least a minimal two hour wait. Guess it’s time to find another doctor. I guess my time is not valuable. The last time I was there to get my blood work and I wasn’t late. They told me I had a three hour wait. So much for making an appointment.
