Staff was wonderful, and gave us a lot of good information. Good snack selection. Pool was very crowded, so sadly I didn't get to experience that. Shampoo and conditioner were actually really good, and the bed was comfy.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast spread. Nice sweet staff. It's about 20 mins from I 95 highway but worth the drive. We had a short but great stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The two ladies at the desk were very friendly. Our room was very clean and one staff member was even kind enough to bring us another tv remote due to ours being missing, of course, they had all the channels we watch home in NC. We definitely would stay here at Tru again or any location of Tru by Hilton. Elevator malfunctions are normal, that was the only flaw upon our departure having to take the stairs, but thankfully we were on the second floor.

Small Family Reunion nearby. Short distance from Walmart is always a plus. 😆 Loved rooms without carpet.

The staff working the front desk were very friendly during my stay. Autumn working the evening shift when I checked in made sure I was aware of all the amenities and times, and was very sweet every time I walked through the lobby. Avo was working in the morning and was cheerful when I was checking out. The rooms were very nice and modern, the most welcome surprise was the light dimmers for the lights by the bed! I was able to turn them down really low to still have a little bit of light for when I got up at night, but still be dark enough to fall asleep.

Location was great. Very easy to get in and out but set back enough that we experienced no road noise. We were able to check in and out on line and were able to pick our own room which was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The remote was missing but we called the front desk and they brought us one immediately. Breakfast was good with several choices. The staff were very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

I stayed there and it was definitely a good stay the housekeeper that cleaned my room was very friendly her name was Loretta she aksed if there was anything I needed before she headed back to finish her other rooms

I stay here anytime I come into town for work. Over the last year I have spent 4 months at this hotel. Room 401 is the best in the house. The staff here are also amazing. I routinely received way too many Amazon packages and there was never an issue with that. They also hook me up with a microwave and bigger fridge/freezer for the longer stays. Government rates as well!

Special acknowledgement to Ms. Elle. Hopefully I spelled that right! Everyone there is awesome but Ms. Elle is the main reason I go back. Always smiling, happy, and my room always looks new after she provides housekeeping service. Every 4 days like clockwork, and sooner if I ever request it.

Great hotel overall. Quieter area. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good too. All day coffee makes my random work hours easier.

This is the only hotel I will be staying at in town.

The front desk staff is great. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the self service breakfast. Overall a great experience. D at the front desk was professional and helpful. I can think of a Tru hotel where their staff should spend a few days here to experience a well run hotel.

Clean, well lit hotel that's about 25-30 minutes from I-95. It turned out to be a lifesaver during a holiday weekend when everything along 95 was sold out and I hadn't made a reservation in advance. The complimentary breakfast wasn't bad either and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

First time at a Tru. Really nice amenities. Lavazzo coffee. Pool table. Nice lounge area. Decent hotel gym. A water bottle filling station. Free breakfast. Excellent front desk service. Close to lots of restaurants within walking distance. Will try to stay at Tru hotels in the future.

Loved spending 4 days, front desk staff was always smiling and happy to answer any of our questions. Breakfast was perfect to get our day started. I loved the exercise room, I was in heaven of all the equipment.
I got my workouts done in style. Bright and cheery place, felt very safe while here.

Enjoyed an extended long stay and have zero complaints. The staff was accommodating to our needs and assisted with use of the conference room and additional space needed for our busses. We would like to see a larger selection of breakfast foods provided as we spent 21+ days eating the same meal every morning. On a good note the rooms were clean and the laundry facility was provided at no charge. Thank you ladies for making it a comfortable and stress free stay.

Service was really good. Beds were ok, but not as comfortable as some other Hilton properties. Breakfast was definitely nothing to brag about. Hotel and room was very clean and tidy and everything was in order. All in all, it was a good one night stay.

I had a great time staying there. I was there for one night and I checked out in the morning. The check in process is smooth and quick. The checkout process is smooth and easy. The hotel room was very clean. The air conditioner worked amazing. The sheets are clean and pillows were soft. The mattress is clean also. I love the new type of bathroom and the updated appliances and everything in the room. Overall everything was clean and everything was smooth and easy process. I will be staying there again.

Nice rooms. I wish we could have stayed longer

This review is coming from a long term customer staying 4 months with 3 months left for my stay here...Absolutely the best staff...from the front desk to the housekeeping staff they are super friendly and very professional. The hotel itself is modern themed with very comfortable beds and a large stand up shower. Very nice lobby with a pool table and plenty of lounge seating and wifi stations. The free breakfast every morning is nothing less than perfectly delicious...there's a big variety with something for everyone from fruits and bagels to omelets and grits....which is exactly what brings me to my only complaint...corporate inspection of this hotel recently decided to remove all coffee favor additives from the 2 coffee stations which were outstanding up until this decision...obviously all the customers are disappointed...hopefully this review will be read by someone in corporate and bring back the favor additives....its a small thing in the grand scheme of things but don't forget....it's the small things that matters most and makes your hotel a choice above the rest. Thanks for a great hotel and mostly for hiring outstanding staff.

Our students spent a few nights here while serving in Sumter, SC. Place was welcoming, friendly, super clean with tons of stuff to do in the lobby. You won't regret staying here.

Great hotel! Very accommodating. Clean rooms with a nice breakfast consisting of pancakes, sausage, eggs, and cereal.
