Red Roof Inn Sumter

I’ve had experiences with different hotels in Sumter area.. but when I need to stop in town, Red roof is my to go spot !! Check-in is super quick, the rooms are always clean, (I’m very particular about rooms… ) so I love how super clean they are and also the access of the Convenient amenities. Very comfortable..

(I also pay attention to customer service). The Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful!! I’ve met two House keepers, they are super attentive with rooms and fast. Great hotel & staff! Definitely 10/10 for a quick check in.

The hotel is at the edge of the highway, and in the midpoint of Sumter, so it’s a great spot if you want to be close to all of the restaurants and grocery stores. When sleeping you can’t hear the busy roads which is really good ! 10/10

One of the best hotels in Sumter, SC. A.P. and the staff provided great customer service, and friendliness. The cleanliness of the rooms are very tidy, neat, and sanitized. Definitely choose this as your stay when you are visiting Sumter area, or just need a getaway.

Whenever we come to Sumter, S.C., this is the only place we stay. Rooms are always clean and the people here are great!
Our four legged baby stays free and , believe me , that is a plus.
The rooms are at affordable prices If you need something, ask and they will do their best to make sure you get it.

Stayed at the red roof Inn. Mr. Patel was excellent and very kind and considerate. The rooms were clean and everything was super convenient. If you were ever looking for a place to check in quickly and late in Sumter S.C Mr. Patel’s got the spot! Thank you for having us!!!

Anytime I go to Sumter I go to this hotel everytime. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel is in walking distance to most restaurants and places. They also have room service and they have hospitality. I would recommend the stay.

I rarely ever write reviews but I can say that this Red Roof Inn has to be the best budget hotel in the area. The price is great, the rooms are exactly as pictured and are nicely remodeled. Beds are comfortable and the location is as convenient as you could ever ask for. The thing that really stuck out to me, however, was the customer service. I only stayed one night but made a mistake reserving online and was afraid I would not be able to check-in that day but he went out of his way to make sure I had no issues and was able to check in! I also had to go to the front desk a few times for minor things that I forgot or to ask questions about the area and the owner was super helpful and accommodating. For a hotel in this price range I can guarantee you that you will find nothing better and this is a no-brainer. If I'm ever in Sumter and have to stay overnight again; this is where I will be staying!

Clean rooms, located near the bypass with several restaurants within walking distance. The owners were outstanding. They provided one of the most professional, attentive customer service that I have experienced.
I have stayed on several occasions now with approximately 4-5 different rooms and have not had a bad experience with any of the rooms.

Service is very good and very polite, room is always clean, one of the best in Sumter places to stay

AP was beyond helpful, he placed me where I could get to and from my vehicle quickly. Common sense and respect are so prevalent at this establishment. I deeply respect this man and his dedication to his Hotel, his Staff, and customers. I have stayed in resorts across the world that were sub-par when compared to this hotel. Absolutely an amazing stay, spotless clean rooms, accommodating atmosphere, lightening speed internet, and respectful neighbors. The Red Roof Inn of Sumter is a must! Again, that k you AP, I am looking forward to doing business with you again.
