Fjällräven Park City

This store is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful without being pushy, which is much appreciated! I found a pair of pants (Keb) that I really liked, but the legs were too tight on the pair that fit in the waist. I was bummed out, but then learned that the shop could alter a larger size that fit my legs but had a waist that was too large, for free! The tailor did an amazing job and was able to take in the waist, and the pants fit perfectly! I liked them so much I bought another pair with the same alteration. The store mailed the pants to me once complete, and the whole process took less than a week. Businesses rarely offer such great service while working to find a solution for their customers. This store delivers and is highly recommended!

Matt and his crew here at Fjällräven Park City are top notch. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Recently, I brought my Keb Pants and Vidda Pro Pants into the store that sustained some damage. The in store Tailor stitched them up good as new, and the store Fed Ex'd them to me for free within four days. Highly recommend these guys/gals.

High quality items at a reasonable price. The employees are really nice and helpful and the store is always clean and orderly. Tailoring and repair of items is available onsite. I know when I buy a Fjällräven item that I'm buying something that will last a lifetime. Street parking can be available, and there is also a parking garage on the street behind the store.

Very helpful and lots of inventory in multiple sizes and colors. On-site repairs too at front end of store.

While recently visiting park city with my family I was very excited there was a Fjallraven store. This place is great! The entire store was very organized and neat and had a great atmosphere. All of the staff members were helpful and respectful of our group taking our sweet time looking at everything. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names, but the two young women working that day took their time to ensure we all had a great experience. They spent a while with my group having an interesting conversation and before we left helped me order a backpack that was out of stock. It arrived today and I am so happy I absolutely love it!! You won’t be disappointed visiting here

I went to this store multiple times while on vacation with my family. Each time we went in, we all experienced the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, which resulted in my niece purchasing a cute new backpack.
To my shock, this was not the same experience I received in Vail. When my daughter also wanted one, I went to this location to buy it. I found the staff to be very unprofessional and received the worst customer experience ever. I left without buying anything and will never return.
Please keep up the excellent work Park City team! In a time where retailers need every purchase to survive, they need a staff like you. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Park City.

I love this place so much! Their products are super well made and will definitely keep you warm in these Utah winters! The staff here is awesome and knowledgeable. They have a tailor on hand who hems pants and even fixed a hole that I got in my jacket from a fire for me! I will gladly blow all of my money here!

Update: I wanted something fixed on my coat and they got it in and fixed it same day for free at the store! Amazing customer service! —(original review): I was having such a hard time finding a cute parka-style jacket that wasn't either $1000 or made for snowboarders - then I found Fjallraven online and realized this store was just up in Park City! Super pleased with my purchase. I went in to try everything on and see what fit best and got a coat there on the spot. Very helpful staff, can't say enough good things about the quality of my coat / the kindness I experienced. Plusss there's an end of winter sale so if you've been eyeing something up then check it out!

I live in SLC and I couldn't be more delighted when I found out they had opened a Fjallraven store in Park City. I recently discovered that you can get free tailoring on Fjallraven clothing - regardless of where it was purchased. I brought in a pair of Vidda Pro pants i've had for years and they brought them back to life. When I went, they did not have a tailor onsite yet so they were shipped to the Boulder store. The two employees that helped us were incredibly hospitable, resourceful, and detailed when it came to making sure my tailoring measurements were done correctly. Will be back to add to my already awesome Fjallraven collection! Store was super clean and decorated tastefully, capturing the rugged-heritage essence of the brand.

Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff (not all over you, but right there when you need them, and they go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you want). Very high quality products.
