French's Boot Store

This is a favorite store of mine and I try my best to support them. I was pleased to see many American made options here and they made sure they marked them. They sell many brands new and used, for work, dress, western, hunting, hiking, etc. So remember to check where stuff is made, not only here, but everywhere you go! Let's start voting with our hard earned dollar to support the American made jobs and the American made products.

They have a lot of good deals and the latest fashion, the young lady that went out of her way to help me you were awasome

If you want some western boots or shirts, they have a great selection!

This can be summed up in one word. Wow... So many boots, so little time. If you're looking for boots this is the place to be. If you're leaving the store without boots, you never had the intention to buy in the first place. Ended up taking 2 great pairs, and I know where I'll get my next ones... By the time it's due!

Biggest variety of shoes I e seen in a long time at incredible prices..Friendliest Employees ever!!

I really like and enjoy this store. Nice friendly sales associates, a very wide selection of boots. Plus shirts, belts, and hats. It is always worth a trip up there, I have never been disappointed.

I go to this store any time I am looking for new shoes. They have a good variety of different kinds of shoes and always have what I’m looking for. The workers there are amazing and very helpful. Keith was extra helpful when he made sure I could get the exact size and type I was looking for, even if it took over 30 minutes!

We stopped in just browsing (we love to shop the QVC section) and found an electronic item and purchased. Due to no fault of French’s the item had previously been connected and was unable to be set up. I stopped back by to see what we could do and the staff was incredibly helpful. They had another item just like the one I purchased and they plugged it up and one of the staff used their personal phone to let mine connect to the hotspot so we could test the item to be sure it would work before I swapped them. It took several minutes but they were patient even thought it was just a couple minutes before closing time! Most employees and retailers would be eager to close up and go home! Those employees deserve a raise for going above and beyond to help!

I love this store especially Robin she is so helpful and knowledgeable. She is such a sweet person and mainly why i shop in this store. She always keeps the store so clean and displayed so nice.

There are upsides and downsides in every business. Love there boots if you can find your actual size with in there inventory.
Takes way to long to have work done to fix any thing like putting on heal guards.
An easy 5 minute fix can take up to one week to get any thing done

Very nice shoe store in downtown Crossville. Quality shoes at reasonable prices and they always have the size I'm looking for. Staff is very friendly and pat of the store is a QVC outlet where you never know what you might find and upstairs they have thousands of shoes of numerous, mostly high end brands available.

My go to spot for all my boots of any kind. Always a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.
I highly recommend at least checking them out if you are looking for a new pair of boots!!

Best boot store around!!

This is the place to shop for boots! The first floor has a huge selection of work boots while the second floor is where the western boots are located.
My favorite part of the store is the section of boots that were returned to the manufacturer (by the customer) because they didn’t like them or they didn’t fit right. These boots are barely worn, or maybe just tried on, but the prices are reduced substantially. I’ve purchased several pairs of these boots over the years and am always anxious to check out the selection whenever we’re near this store.

Hands Down. Got me some Custom Hand Made Italian Leather Boots from here Last Week..It was my first time there & Cousin Larry sent me Upstairs.
Good Lord!
I got me 3 pairs of Top of the Line Shoes and Eyeballed 7 more I will be back for.

Much better selection at this location over others in the area for men’s boots. The women’s section left a bit to be desired but the shoe size is well stocked in that area. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are looking for a new pair of boots.

We love their selection of boots and attire. Our daughters only pair of shoes currently are boots from French's and they are holding up great.

I have bought several pairs of work and dress boots here. Great people, lots of boots.

They where so friendly and gave us an amazing deal on every pair of shoes we got. Definatly has a family owned type of atmosphere. We are from knoxville on our way to a wedding so I was in a rush to get some shoes to wear but saw the great deals and walked out with much more. Highly recommend

If ur looking for good quality shoes and boots then Frenches in crossville is where to go. I went there for a pair of work boots and came out with a deal I never thought possible. There are 2 floors and tons of boots and shoes. They repair boots and shoes as well. The service is amazing. The products are awesome . Over all a great place to shop lots of choices and friendly atmosphere.
