The Home Depot

Bought a refrigerator and it was very easy. Received all directions and printouts. They explained all warranty information. It was delivered today by people who took great care of our home and new appliance. We are very happy with our Home Depot experience.

When we are down in South Texas we have been to this home Depot several times. Really surprised that I have not rated it yet. I really have no issue with this place at all. We shopped here on Black Friday and we were in and out. The staff members were already anticipating the crowds and they did a great job. Now, I can't say the same for the major construction that is all around that area which is just absolutely atrocious. Plan on a little extra time to get here, and when you leave make sure to not go back to the freeway or else it will take you 15 minutes to get back on it! They pretty much had everything in stock that we were wanting to get, which was really zero Black Friday deals but had everything for a fluorescent light that I was changing out in the in-laws' bathroom. Quick in and out!

True story - I was actually asked if I needed assistance! Someone voluntarily wanted to help me at this Home Depot! I had to remember where I was at. Weslaco HD is "fend for yourself and don't make eye contact with me, lady. " Here, i felt like royalty! Haha, thanks, guy with the nice glasses in the fertilizer section. You made my day. Sometimes, it's just the little things.

Love The Home Depot, can’t go wrong always have everything you need. Some items are a little overpriced but appliances I believe are fairly priced. Always my go to.

Store is well organized and in a good location. Staff are attentive and helpful. Everything is easy to find and the Home Depot app makes it even easier to find things. Edit 8-22-22, store is still well organized. I was looking for battery packs for a Ryobi weed eater but remembered they are where the power tools are.

I didn't where to go to rent a machine to unclog a pipe that goes to the septic tank and I asked an associate and he pointed me to the rental department 👍. JD was great explaining to me how each machine works and how much they cost and how they work. I got one for 4 hours for $75 with a deposit off $100 which you get the difference when you return it. I rented the manual one over the self driven one. They come with different head connection that will help you in what you need. They come with a pair of work gloves also. DO NOT use rubber gloves it strangled my wrist real bad. Gonna need muscles to do this job . I got what was making the clog and return the item back.

Today we bought an LG french door refrigerator for our new home at The Home Depot. Joe at appliances section was very professional and attentive to our needs. We wanted flexibility with the delivery of the frig and Joe told us how to manage the delivery date if needed. Lowes does not have this flexibility. If you need assistance with appliances at the Home Depot on Trenton, ask for Joe. Super helpful, patient, and is bilingual.

I came to get paint for a fence in my backyard. Joe at the paint department was very helpful and I felt really well when he answered all my questions. Joe was awesome. Thank you Joe to help me have a great experience as a customer. When it was time to pay Valerie assisted me with my purchase. I was hesitant of using the self check out, I mentioned I wanted to go with somebody to pay and not to use the machine(uScan). She promptly replied, « I am somebody, I can help you. » She helped me and she showed so much enthusiasm when assisting me. Thank you so much Valerie. It’s nice to have great people like Joe and Valerie to help you when shopping especially on a hot day.

Got greeted right away as I walked in and got helped finding some things I need to fix my yard. I know a lot of people don't like asking for help but that's what the employees are there for and they are very friendly and helpful too.

I called the toll free number at Rheem to return a water heater at Home Depot. Home Depot expedited very quickly.

There is an employee named Horacio that has the best customer service ever!! I will definitely go back!!

We purchased some tint for our windows here, potting soil and plant food. Everyone was so helpful and we found everything we needed right away. Definitely will be coming back if we need anything else.

The Staff are knowledgeable and helpful even when I don't know what the "thingamajig" is I am looking for, once I describe it, they almost always point me right to it. There have been numerous times when discussing what I am trying to build or fabricate that the associate provides a better solution, (different 'off the shelf' part, alternative material, etc.), than what I thought I needed. As I leave the store, thaes moments always puts a grin on my face as I say to myself, "Yes, that'll work, that'll work really well!"

My wife and I had a very positive experience at the Home Depot, thanks to a store manager by the name of Sandy. She went out of her way to make sure we got great service. It is thoughtful , informative, and positive managers like Sandy that make customers want to return and do business with the Home Depot.

Great place to find all your needs for small diy projects

I went here today for a few different repair needs. I was so impressed with a female employee who was able to tell me EXACTLY what isle & location to find the furniture repair markers. She was in appliance center. She was so helpful & really saved me some time.
