We went to a dream interpretation class with Audrey and we had the absolute best time. It was really fun to not only paint but be abstract and meaningful with our pieces. We will definitely be back!

Place was real nice and quiet. Me and my friends had a nice time; We even got to meet an artist who took time outta his day to explain what some of his painting meant and how he created some (Jimi Keirn) he was real sweet and polite will be sure to take pictures next time.

Amazing experience! Took a watercolor painting class with no art experience, and I had so much fun. Ryan was awesome! Honestly, such a great teacher and incredibly funny. I would love to take another class next time I'm in the area.

Very kid friendly!! Jose was fantastic as he worked closely with my two young kids, 8 and 6. He was patient and encouraging as he instructed them. Allowed them to be creative while offering suggestions. My kids had a blast! Thank you to Dawn as well. My 14 year old made a leather keychain and enjoyed the personal attention and care Dawn showed. Highly recommend for families looking for an afternoon activity or a creative outlet for you or your kiddos.

Awesome art space on the island! The artist in residence program is very cool. We had the chance to chat with Eva and Eddie who invited us back for Dawn's exhibit. Lovely people 🖼☺

If you love going to galleries, like we do, this place is a must. We've been to south padre 2 years in a row, and have been to the incubator twice. The place is set up to give beginning artists a place to show and and have one on one visits with the customers. We visited with 3 of the 5 artists that are part of this year's group. It was very interesting to get to meet them, and hear their stories. We were impressed enough to purchase a couple of small pieces. The 3 we meet were a painter, a paper artist, and a leather artist. We had a wonderful time. We were even able to hear that a couple of last years artists had started their own galleries. It was close and were able see her also. It was a great way to spend a rainy day.

Highly recommend checking out this great art studio on the island 🏝 They treated us with such kindness and were so welcoming! My two daughters loved the opportunity to paint a small canvas and Carol was so kind and generous with her time and knowledge! A big shout out to the host of the art exhibit on Saturday I didn't get her name but thank you for the refreshing beverage and kind welcome into your art space we will definitely be back and we Highly recommend to anyone visiting the island. We so visited bead shop and got some great ice cream in the same plaza just a few doors down.

Tonight was a showing of the multi-talented new budding artists. So much talent and promise. If your ever in the area make it a point to stop in, you will not be disappointed! Finally SPI is becoming a art destination!

This art space is amazing! Such talented artists showcasing their work .They are happy to talk to you about their pieces of art . I have taken one art class with Kristi , it was pretty amazing and FUN! I look forward to taking more classes with each of their artists!

Must visit the ABI when on Padre. This place is awesome! Meet the talented artists and see them working in the studio. The gallery is full of great finds! I purchased paintings from Sarah and Kathy the last time and ceramic pieces from Andy and a beautiful charcuterie board from their wood turner Ivan on my last visit. There are so many beautiful paintings and prints to choose from. It is a 501c3 non-profit so your purchases help sustain the program. I find something new every time I go. The have great workshops too to provide a hands on experience. Starting in May they will hold “Second Saturday” art shows. See you there!

If you have the time and the chance to stop in, we highly recommend you do. You get to meet the artist, see their great work, meet the owner/curator, buy some excellent pieces, and learn about the great opportunities artist have here. We will definitely be back.

What a great place to take the entire family, the ABISPI offers workshops for the entire family. There are several Artists featured and their art is for sale. If you are in town or planning a visit it is a must see.
