Cris was the best! He was very friendly and attentive with our needs. He made our stay very easy.

Our condo was a disappointment. With the exception of the kitchen appliances, everything else needed to go. Furniture old and stained, rooms needed a really good cleaning.
However, the staff is to be commended for turing in a closet of clothing that I had failed to pack. Plus, they offer a service for mailing back to you.
I'll be back, but in a different condo.

BLUF- I could EASILY stay here for a week or more! I'm more than happy with our choice!
Sure, it's a little old(er), & the elevator is crazy-slow, but when I reserved m my room, I didn't anticipate this room being so big and to have a full (stocked) kitchen, washer & dryer, & dining area. I was thinking "hotel" and this is more like a BIG 1 bedroom apartment! The AC is kicking, too! The bed is OK, not awesome, not terrible.
The private beach access is great. The water hose & shower just inside the gate allows you to wash off the sand and ocean before heading back to your room. The pools (3) are good size with 3 jacuzzi spa tubs... the whole place appears to be very family oriented, but it's not overrun by screaming kids.
The sand is soft, and the water is cool (IDK, but Google says it's 85°, but that's the coldest 85° I've ever felt!).
The beach got kinda full, but nobody seemed to be rude and inconsiderate. People playing volleyball, throwing water footballs, ladder-ball... and best yet, nobody seemed to be "lurking" (like trying to creep on girls or getting near the stuff we left on the beach while we were out in the water)!
The hotel staff were not exactly bubbly, but I really didn't choose here to find a new best friend!
So, pick this hotel, bring some food ... maybe extra towels and some laundry soap too, as they expect you to do your own laundry for clean towels and stuff...

Place was very clean and grounds were alway being groomed. Staff worked very hard everyday. Best part was the pool bar run by a wonderfully couple Annabelle and Bryan. They made us feel so welcome plus so friendly. If they didn't have something you wanted they would get it for you. Both of them had so much knowledge of the area and gave us great advice. Looking forward to meeting with them again! We had a very big group but nobody had an empty glass! Thank you Annabelle and Bryan for the great week.

Very well kept grounds. Our unit was very nice. Friendly staff. Making improvements to building while we were there. Nice to know they are maintaining the property. Location was great. 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, on the beach. Every room has view of the water.

Furniture a little outdated for an upscale condo/timeshare but the kitchen amenities and appliances were new and the beds were very comfortable. the pools, hot tubs, and courts along with beach access was convenient and and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The RB&TC is close to wide, clean beaches, it has three tennis courts, three large pools, mini heated dipping pools, an on-site drinks shack, a hamburger shack, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean and well-priced. We will keep coming back.

Really had a great time! Tennis courts are brand new. Plus, 3 pools & hot Jacuzzis. Access to the beach very convenient. Maids are very attentive, and rooms were clean. This is a time share property.

This place is literally da second-coming to paradise. 3 pools, each with their own jacuzzi, walking distance to da beach & restaurants r also walking distance. Da room was very spacious, very clean. 2 balconies... I mean, what else can anyone ask for? We'll most definitely b back. Munchas gracias

Resort has well maintained pools, hot tubs and grounds. Condos are Clean,quiet with comfy bed and staff is really patient. Right on the beach. Love this place!

The staff is very friendly. I would recommend this resort to my family. The condominium are perfect for us. We will definitely come back again

Great spot with Saida Towers. 3 pools 2 hot tubs massive property. In summer lots of kids and families. In March Inertia Tours Spring Break travel has all their student groups here

Rooms are clean and employees are very nice. Pool and hot tubs are clean. This has been a great experience so far!

We stayed at an awesome 2/2 with a great view. Pet friendly. Dog loved it. Daddy lived whiskey shack by big pool.

Good price great location on the beach. Rooms are a bit worn out but the grounds and pools are nice.

I like this place it's got 3 pools big clean comfy rooms great views and it's close to lots of stores and has a lot of room on the beach and friendly people working

The front desk has been very nice and helpful. The hot tub and pools are great The outside is very clean.

My cousin's are staying here. The rooms are pretty nice and they finally upgraded the elevators to move a lot quicker.

It's so fun the rooms are so big and you don't have to pay to much then the pools there's 3 pools and the tennis then you can also go to the beach if you want.

Outstanding hospitality found here. The staff were so friendly and we were sad to have to leave!
