Great landlords safe and affordable housing, the complex I live in is very quiet. Office staff is amazing kind and helpful maintenance crew is respectful respond promptly and helpful. 5 stars

The people at the office have always been so kind and helpful. I feel safe in my unit. I feel so supported to have kind maintenance people to call if I need them and to have income-based rent. It's so convenient to have dumpsters and recycling bins within walking distance. I feel very lucky to have been accepted into their program.

Terrible place. They will raise your rent by almost 400 dollars and give you an extra week to pay it. Nobody is helpful and they don’t help the low income

Every time I talked to someone, they are very rude and doesn't like to help. When I complain about someone that's not following the rules, they don't care. But they would be knocking on my door for no reason. The people don't care for others.

Everytime, I put a application in for a apartment or voucher they remove my name off the list without notifying me and then tell me they are no longer renting 1-2 bedroom apartments and they have closed the waiting list for the vouchers so I cannot reapply for the next 5 years .

They hire people to plow snow. We've waited up to three days to be plowed before. It snowed Saturday night, its now Monday night, still waiting. The house's themselves are fine, they lied about the heat and gas prices, I'm paying double what they told me. Could be better if they actually cared.

Management ran me out of there I hate I ever rented from them and I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them

I wouldn't give this place a rating at all apartments are dumps they remodel there office more than the apt there staff are so unprofessional kari fleck needs to learn how to do her job the worst place to live by far evicted a mother and 16 yr old son by lies the neighbor was saying without any proof at all she needs to go back to school and learn what the fair housing laws are she should not have her job at all.

Absolutely awful maintenance services on their properties!!! I’ve been waiting for months to get my garage door fixed

Emergency call for a wellness check and was on hold for over twenty minutes and still, no one answered the call.
