Ian G. Wilkofsky, MD

I absolutely love this doctor and his staff. My son and I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. They are all very kind and helpful, everyone in the whole facility. I would recommend Dr. Wilkofsky to anyone in need of an Orthopedic doctor in this area. The doctor and the staff all have a great bedside manner and are very caring. He has saved my son from having surgery with his broken arm. There is minimal wait time, 5 minutes at the most. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this doctor and all of his staff!

Called my orthopedic Surgeon in Denton in excruciating pain and he could not see me til February 20, 2023. Called Dr Wilkofsky office and they saw me the day I called, January 18, 2023 . Very professional and concerning. Very impressed with professionalism. Highly recommend

My journey through an entire year of right shoulder chronic pain with Dr. Ian was both horrific and wonderful ... and I wouldn't change a thing. He was always compassionate, always "heard" me, and did not treat me with a surgeon's cookie-cutter (same for all patients) tactics to get me in/out of the operating room asap. He tried EVERYTHING (and I mean everything - even stuff I've never heard of before - AND would highly recommend) to avoid yet another major joint surgery for me (my 9th). Ask about his cutting-edge brand new "OrthoLazer" pain management!! He's my all-time favorite surgeon (my 13th) who I have more confidence in than I thought was possible. I've never reviewed a doctor/surgeon before, but he deserves it. He even managed to keep me from another bad opioid trip. He's mastered LISTENING! What Dr. does THAT these days? He has my permission to put any patient of his in touch with me who would like to hear about my incredible positive experience with his (kinda new) cutting-edge TOTAL "REVERSE" SHOULDER SURGERY! He gave me my life back. Thank you Dr. Ian!!

Very efficient and friendly. Dr. Wilkofsky explained what I had done to my muscle and the length of time it might take to heal. He followed up on an MRI to be sure I had not fracture my hip. He told me how to treat it and followed up last to see my progress.

Dr. Wilkofsky was great. He was good-natured and pleasant. He seemed genuinely concerned about my shoulder pain and took great care of me, and helped me feel a lot better. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Wilkofsky is the absolute best! Being in my 50’s after years of sports injuries and an extremely active career, I have needed orthopedic help from my hip to my ankle and back to my knees! Dr. W is conservative with his treatments and also on the cutting edge to help get me back on my feet. He explains everything and follows up until you feel better. 5 Giant Stars!!

He had excellent bedside manner with my son for his knee surgery. He even contacted the trainers at his school to communicate with them on his recovery plan. I also appreciate that I don’t feel rushed when we have our appointments with him.

What an amazing experience. Dr. Wilkofsky has an enormous knowledge of orthopedics. He is not an alarmist, but when needed he has outstanding skills. He is very detailed and has excellent bedside manner. I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Wilkofsky was amazing with my son! He broke his arm twice in one year on the monkey bars at school, so when we visited Dr. Wilkofsky on the second visit we were hoping for a Dr. that would ease our little guy’s mind and pain. We were so pleased to get just that from not only the Dr, but all of the staff! His bedside manner is fantastic and he put us all at ease (even considering the circumstances). Our family highly recommends Dr. Wilkofsky and his team for any orthopedic needs!

Experience has been seamless and easy so far. I was recommended to clinic and met with Dr. Willofsky and the rest was seamless. X-ray mri surgery and PT. I’m on the mend and should be ready to go in a few months. Hopefully i stay healthy after recovery but if anything else happens to me I’ll be back.

The staff was very friendly and I had a 9:30 appointment and was out in fifty minutes. Doctor Ina had plan to assist with my issue and performed the first step. I hobbled in and was able to walk out. I’m extremely please with my visit. Thanks Doc

Referred to Dr. Wilkofsky for surgery but after his careful examination was able to determine my problem was that of arthritis which miraculously cleared within 24 hours with therapy
