Barker's Waterfront Grille

The staff is wonderful! We came for a quick brunch and ended up staying around and enjoying the view and the beautiful marina full of boats I had the catch of the day a fresh piece of lake trout my girlfriend had steak we both enjoyed their wonderful salad bar! There was a wedding going to take place later that day and we had friendly conversations with some of the catering staff... A beautiful lady named Kim was very sweet and or waitress I wanna say they called her cookie was a darling! We will be back thank you

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. When you walk in it’s so beautiful and contemporary. Julie, our server, also manager of the restaurant made my family and I feel at home. She made suggestions on what we should eat and made a great suggestion on the “Soup of the day.” Which was the Fisherman’s Chowder. My God it was delicious! The service, the food and the atmosphere were all wonderful and it was our first time there. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommend if you want a fresh catch of seafood with a fresh smile. Amazing view of the water while you dine! Plenty of menu options to please everyone. A little on the pricier side for Superior, but well worth it.

Always a quality dining experience. Service has been great here for years. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and have now gotten a MUCH needed update. Highly recommend!

This beautiful restaurant has a calming effect that starts the minute you walk in. Floor to ceiling windows give great views of waterfront activity outside, that includes sailboats. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff is courteous and wanting to please everyone.

Always a great place to visit for a quick beer and burgers. They have a hotel to stay in if needed and Marina you can pull up to to refuel your boat, grab a bite to eat at their restaurant and if needed, indulge in a little land time.

This grill might be a little hidden being that it's in a hotel, but I would highly recommend that you seek it out. The restaurant which was once old, outdated, and ordinary, has worked hard to change that image, and I think it's paying off. The food was extraordinary. I had a burger that I would happily eat every day for the rest of my life. The space itself is still a little outdated, but the wait staff are wonderful and the food is definitely worth trying out!

Very personable, attentive staff. A very interesting menu, unique for the area and reasonably priced. Meals were tasty and delicious. Good food, good wine, good atmosphere on patio. Great all around experience. I'll be back!

Excellent food! The onion rings were crispy and hot, and the walleye dinner was perfectly seasoned and beautifully prepared.

Attended the Seder meal put on by Beth Yeshua on good Friday. Literally the only place I have been in months as I have been recovering from 2 major surgeries. On Easter Sunday I tested positive for Covid-19.

I immediately informed both Beth Yeshua and Barkers Island Inn. While Beth Yeshua was understandably concerned, Barker's Island was not the least bit concerned when I called to let them know.

We are still dealing with a deadly pandemic and while I have had both of my vaccination shots and my booster shot as well as my fly vaccine I still contracted Covid and I am certain it was at the Seder meal. I was alarmed at Barkers Island resort lack of concern for both their patrons and their staff.

The Inn is beautiful and the food for the seder meal was fantastic. However their lack of concern for their patrons and staff is quite concerning. The banquet hall should have been immediately sterilized. This is an airborne disease that has caused the death of hundreds of thousands of people already.

I have been extremely ill ever since contracting the virus. Because I am vaccinated I am able to quarantine at home instead of the hospital but still require oxygen and had to go in for IV antivirals this past Monday.

Until everyone does their part we will not see an end to this pandemic. I immediately informed Barkers Island when I tested positive for Covid and the person who took my call was not the least bit concerned. I'm certain that she didn't even bother alerting her superiors. This is completely irresponsible behavior amidst a global pandemic.

We had our wedding night dinner at Barkers Waterfront Grille. Our wedding was on Saturday and with COVID, we had to change our plans the Thursday before our wedding in response to the governor's shut down orders. We had to call around and find a spot on the fly, and Barkers was more than amazing and accommodating with our plans. We worked with Julie and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We had no idea that she planned to be our server the night of our celebration.

With all of the closures in MN, Barkers not only
listened to our grievences, but more than happily allowed us to decorate and celebrate our night with music the way we wanted to.

We were so pleased with the professionalism and amazing customer service that Barkers displayed.

We went from having Superior, WI from being a random spot to stop at, to being one of our most favorite places to be.

With everything going on, we couldn't be more than happy with our experience. Thank you to Julie and the staff for making our day special. You guys are the best!

it was phenomenal, I would definitely reccomend to others, the lady who served our food and drinks was really nice and overall great service, it was also really peaceful, I had the walleye and the cheese curds, glad I was able to go here during my visit

We held our grooms dinner here. Great venue, great food, great service! Very pleased and thankful for how it turned out! Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the fresh fish from Lake Superior. We ate outside and we had good service as well. Ask for the catch of the day if they have not sold out of it.

Nice, quiet Sunday after church lunch. Very good staff and great food. Easy to get to and easy parking. No, I don't work there or know anyone who does! Just good folks, great place.
