Lone Star No. 3

This has to be the cleanest fuel station in Longview. I was able to fill up my diesel pickup without getting residue all over my hands and there are always paper towels available at the pumps. It is a breath of fresh air to see a fuel station with owners and management that place high priority on cleanliness. Thank you!

THIS ONE OF MY FAVORITE GAS STATION IN LONGVIEW, STORE SUPER CLEAN , BATHROOMS SPOTLESS, TRASH CANS ON PUMPS SUPER CLEAN , WINDOWS ON STORE SUPER SHINY!! MY BEST STORE LONE STAR NUMBER 3!

Kelly is always eager to help out when needed. She has good customer service ethics. Very clean store!!

Quick and easy

Horrible service. I went in once around 10 and the attendant had her phone on speaker phone talking about tax returns and how he better pay something. I can back later that day around 12 and same cashier was leaning on the cash register but I was greeted by another employee who helped me tremendously.
After that experience I decided I would call and place a complaint, the lady who initially helped me answer the phone. I asked if the had michelo ultra seltzer’s and she said no. I asked if I could speak to the person who checked me out and she said “who the Mexican lady” I said “if that’s what you want to call her.”

I will not step foot back in this facility. Your employee feels she is entitled and owed something when all I did was want to buy some gum. So rude and disrespectful!!!

Employee stated that they have no public restrooms… said the manager doesn’t let them open them up to the public. Mind you this a gas station😐, talk about convenience store am I right😂

BEWARE: Stopped here to fill up my mother's car with gas using a credit card that is seldom used and has had no problems in a very long time. I always check the pumps out for anything that looks suspicious and didn't see anything, but was forced to go inside for the receipt which never makes me happy. The staff of several women standing around behind the counter acted very suspicious with their overly assertive and repeated have a nice day bs. Now in less than 24 hrs I'm getting fraud alerts from Chase Bank Security regarding new charges on my card I did not make. Thinking back this was not the first time that has happened after a stop at this store and I have no doubt the fraudulent charges are a result of my visit there yesterday.

According to the employee of this store manager has severe restrictions no bathrooms for customer which even bought a couple of items inside the store

Stopped to get a drink. Star Bright I’m guessing is her name, would rather chit chat on the phone with her friend and talk bad about customers and how she is tired of having to do everything at the store. Bad customer service.

I went back today to give the store another chance, and the employee who I complained about previously asked me “do you have a problem with me?”

Well obviously I did and now it isn’t any better. BYE!

Refused public restrooms for paying customers and unfriendly response when questioned regarding reason for restrooms being closed down. No more business for these folks!
