Soplace is great love the store manager , place always clean. love everyone except that one old lady. She is very rude especially when they hire someone new. I dont know if she trying to be "cool" cause youngin there or what. I try to be respectful but she do too much. She need to cut the sassy attitude and fix her customer service... One day I will stop being polite and give her a taste of her own medicine. That store manager is always bright, always polite always has a smile on her face. That woman need to humble herelf and act accordingly

I visit this location frequently and usually everyone is very friendly, fast and genuine in the service that they provide. Tonight at approx. 10:35pm there was one car in front of me that was at the window before I even pulled up. One clerk with stretched ear piercings the size of a silver dollar or bigger, was leaning in the window talking to the customer, while the other clerk was getting the customers items. The clerk brought the items to the window, handed the bag to the customer, the customer then gave them money after receiving the items. At this point, both clerks were just standing there talking to the customer and after about another minute the other one walked off while the one with the piercings continued talking to the customer. Finally, I put my car in reverse and that's when the customer drove off. I pulled back into the drive thru lane and although she(the one with the piercings) wasn't rude at first, it didn't change the fact she was inconsiderate of my time while she held a conversation and the bigger issue is that she didn't bother apologizing for the wait. So yes while asking for my item there was a little frustration in my tone and demeanor. After giving me my item, she politley and sarcastically said thank you have a great night, even with a smile but slammed the window and rolled her eyes as she turned away from the window. I pulled around to the front and went inside to let her know that I would be contacting the manager in the morning about how I had to wait for their conversation to end before I was waited on, the slamming of the window and rolling of the eyes. Instead of her apologizing she gave an excuse that the customer knew the manager and was asking when would she be in because they wanted to talk to her about a job. Still unacceptable! Any good customer sevice person knows not to attempt to justify there actions with and excuse when a customer is upset. A simple apology makes a world of difference.

Cashier Jennifer at the hwy 80 and loop location is the most rude person I have ever came across in a convenient store, she needs to find a job where she is happy and doesn’t take her Miserable life out on other people.

Extremely rude staff at this location. Will not be returning.
