We have purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Prime! They have friendly and knowledgeable people working there. They have great prices as well. We are picking up our second dishwasher after 12 years this Saturday. Cannot wait!

Luke and Matt delivered my refrigerator and I couldn’t be more impressed! They were not only very professional, polite and patient with all my questions but made my day better-were so much fun!! I strongly recommend Prime Appliance for all appliances and Jon Mertz is simply the best!!

The staff was amazing. My mom got a dishwasher and fridge a while back. She spoke highly of her experience. When I woke up to a fridge/freezer emergency I went to Prime Appliance where the salesperson John went through options and benefits of models and we were able to get it delivered the same day at a fair price. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

My friend needed my vehicle to help her move a new fridge she bought there. I loved the large selection they had! I didn't even know they made fridges to fit in smaller spaces anymore cause most stores I go to have these huge monstrous things that can't fit in a lot of the older houses I see.

The staff were all super helpful too, and went above and beyond. A few guys in the back loading area even helped us tie up the back of my SUV to keep the gate closed while driving.

Shawn was a very helpful, Knowledgeable and friendly salesman! Will go back again if we need to!

The two young men who took out our old refrigerator and installed this one were amazing! Extremely polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely shop there again!

I've always had a good experience here. The salesman are very helpful and not pushy. They had the freezer we were looking for and also have inventory in Duluth up closer to airport if they don't have it in stocks. Overall fair price and great experience.

I stopped in to look over refrigerators, having a few top choices. Josh soon met with me and he very thoroughly took me thru the aspects of each of my top choices, giving me great advice under a no pressure assistance.

I came back later with my daughter, who is my cooking and kitchen partner, and she and I looked through the refrigerators and Josh was again there to assist in a fun and informative way. He even stayed late after they closed and told us to take our time. He enthusiastically answer our questions and was very helpful.

Our fridge had died a day earlier and he saved a spot for delivery the next day. We made our choice and the fridge was delivered on time. The two young gentlemen who delivered the fridge were very friendly and a joy to have in my house. They took great care getting the old one out and the new one in. I was extremely happy with the delivery gentleman.

I am very pleased with every aspect of the purchase and will definitely be going back for my next purchase.

My husband and I have rental properties up the shore and were in a major bind when our appliance order from a different retailer kept getting backordered. I called Prime and spoke with John Merts. He was incredibly helpful over the phone and I went to the store the same day. He showed me the exact options that fit what I was looking for and the team loaded the fridge, range, and microwave into my truck the same day. The entire staff was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Absolutely seamless and the appliances are perfect for our needs. I will definitely be using them for future purchases and I highly recommend them for anyone needing appliances.

Store is clean and well kept. They have nice displays of appliances. Our salesman Chris Sinderman was very professional and informative. Didn't pressure us to make a decision. They loaded our purchase into our truck. I highly recommend Prime Appliance!
