I went to Roger's to buy a chest freezer. They didn't have the one I wanted in Stock at that store, but the owner said there might be one at the Effingham store. He made a call and told me to go to the store in Effingham. We went to the Effingham store, and Jerod helped us out. We purchased the one we needed. I liked that they went to extra effort for me. I will recommend this store to anyone in need of major appliances. This is a business that cares about customer service. It's very refreshing in this day and age.

Needed a freezer ASAP, because ours died! Called around and no one could get us one for several days. Rogers said they could have one here in 3-4 hours. We live 25 miles from Altamont so this was great! They set the new one up and took our dead one. Awesome!

Bought a new washer & dryer that had to go upstairs. They had to manually care it up & acted like it was no problem. They were so careful & knowledgeable. Explained everything to me & answered any questions I had. Excellent service!

Very quick turnaround for getting our dryer looked at. The gentleman who repaired it was very quick and knowledgeable and had it taken care of in no time. Excellent job!!

Thanks Roger and Jeff! So very glad to have my dishwasher fixed! Fast and courteous service. Literally took less than 15 minutes for Jeff to replace 2 electronic parts and it was up and running. You guys rock. Highly recommended.

I bought a used air conditioner from this place for $50.00 and it worked really well, nice and ice cold, for my mother.

So sad had big hopes for this place. Ought a washer. All went well. Bought a dryer all went well. Bought a stove and all of a sudden they started sending us bills ... noone could explain.... messed with this for 3 months. Now looking for new ace to buy

I was very disappointed in the 30 day warranty. I payed 400 bucks for a used fridge and they said it was guaranteed. I called before the 30 days because the ice maker was not working. They then said they don't cover that when I asked about that in the store before buying it. I was telling everyone how good they was, I won't be now.

While I'm please with their house call, Im understatedley disappointed with their billing... The day of the service call I tried to pay immediately; expecting them to have a square reader and app on their phone, but I was told that they'd send me a bill. Feb 6 comes around and I hadn't seen a bill in the mail, I called and asked and was told itd be in the mail the following week. Its now March 5, and I received my first bill - the statement asserts overdue 30days with a "Fin Charge". While true, its angering that they didn't send the first bill promptly , nor did they tender payment immediately via debit on Square or PayPal.
