The City attorney Mr. Prell was cold and arrogant. When contesting a city traffic ticket, I was supposed to be given "the opportunity to discuss possible settlement/defenses to the charges." City attorney Prell denied me the opportunity to discuss possible defenses or settlements. He proceeded to tell me what had happened the day of the incident as if he was there. The prosecuting attorney, Prell did not take the time to consider my argument much less listen to it. He was more concerned with himself and hearing himself talk then he was about upholding the law or finding the truth. He didn't care about the truth or the law. I found this man to be biased and subjective not to mention extremely rude and abrasive.

Superior is a city in, and the county seat of, Douglas County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 26,751 at the 2020 census. Located at the junction of U.S. Route 2 and U.S. Route 53, it is immediately north of, and adjacent to, both the Village of Superior and the Town of Superior.
