XXX - Shoe selection was great…….however I find it difficult to purchase products for my children in a store that plays inappropriate music and a lack of customer service. We weren’t even acknowledged. - XXX

Romeo L has great customer service he goes over and beyond when trying to get you the shoe you like. I will continue to shop with Champs Sports. Give Romeo a raise he be doing the most always rapping when he get excited. It's all good and fair prices too.

Champs is a great store with outstanding customer service. Stephen is an awesome manager and he always has the shoes I may need. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. All the employees are very respectful and helpful.

Only been here 3 times...staff is amazing.

Came here to get shoes with my son. I was greeted right away by Brian. Brian went above and beyond to help us find the right size and had a smile on his face the entire time. He even showed us some special shirts they had on sale for 14.99, really enjoyed the visit here and will make this my new spot for name brand shoes, clothes, etc. Thanks again for your help and great customer service Brian, it goes a long way!!!

Best store in the mall hands down. They will help you with anything and have the best customer service in town. Stephen is such a professional manager and he will help you with anything.
