I went to JC Penney to look for a Christmas gift for my wife, left out with a GREAT gift and a unexpected great price for what I brought. My sales person was a great help and very knowledgeable in the jewelry department where I was looking! Thank you for being JC PENNEY!

Nice! Hadn't seen a JC Penny's in a while so it was nice to see this one and remember how enjoyable shopping here really is! Somehow these stores are timeless, neat and clean and so well managed. Prices are a little high but you pay for what you get I suppose. Highly recommend!

JC Penneys is a great place to shop with very helpful staff that knows exaclty what your looking for and offer alot of help, they also have many great deals every week!!

Such great deals going on here. We would've normally spent close to $350 on our items but we walked out spending around $150. The gentlemen that rang us up kept complimenting the clothes and dress shoes that we bought and was very energetic and friendly. Customer service means everything to a customer and it makes customers come back, not only for the prices but just because the staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you.

JCPenney's is a staple in our community. I can always go there and find exactly what I need. This is the only department store in Peoria now, and the items and pricing never disappoints.

Everything seemed to be stocked correctly as far as sale and clearance racks go. Associates were helpful, but not pushy. Bryson helped me and was very pleasant, even with offering the JCPenney card, which I respectfully declined. Definitely recommend this location to others!

I always find something good while I'm here. They have really good stuff and they usually have things marked 25% - 30% off. If you become a reward member, you get even more discounts at checkout.

Evelyn is one of the sweetest ladies! Line was long so I waited a while but she helped me save money with a coupon and I will be coming back due to her service alone!

I love pennies products, prices and employees! I have always been treated with great respect in consideration there. I've never had any problems taking back something for a refund or to exchange Etc.

It must be under new management. I've read the previous posts and this Pennys is nothing but clean, well stocked, and full of helpful staff. I went to the salon for an eyebrow wax. I am in a wheelchair and they were so accommodating. The girl who did my brows was great; Her name is Lexi.

Full service department store with a wide variety of quality merchandise at inexpensive prices. One of the few places you can buy Levis jeans for $40. They have great sales, coupons, and discounts. I have had better experiences with Penneys sheets/pillowcases, blankets, and towels than those from more upscale stores like Macy's. Their Stafford line of clothing is their high end brand and their St. John's Bay line represents good value. Staffing could be a little better but it's still five stars for the quality and value.
