The escrow changed funding date to 5 days after buyer and seller signed and didn't tell anyone. Lied to all parties, wouldn't answer phone.

1st time I’ve ever used them so I can’t say if they’ve improved or gotten worse but I’m going on 4 months trying to close on a house and of those 4 been waiting on them for 3 months. Mortgage co has been trying to reach them for weeks now no response. If you’re understaffed hire some help.

We closed over 3 months ago and still have not received any of our copies of our paperwork despite calling multiple times a day, every single day for 3 weeks now! Find another title company unless you love to be jerked around!

No title company I have ever used has had less communication, less drive, and less customer service than this place. Absolutely do not use them. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

We closed out of state and they forgot to put the warranty deed in the closing documents we had to sign, delaying our closing. Also, their Yahoo email account was compromised. -___-
