They are so friendly and helpful. I can't stress how grateful I am for their assistance. The Law Library is the same way, they will always help you however they can and get you moving in the right direction. They are busy, and cannot tell you what to do/file so do your best to research what you need to do before you ask them. Keep in mind, they deal with large volumes of people and not all people are as friendly as they are. Be kind.

i went there for passport application. process was smooth and person attending knows what to do and efficiently completed the process. i am happy to see the flow and again this is my experience only based on passport application.

We had a good experience getting passports for our family of four. The staff was courteous, efficient, and helpful with our questions and concerns.

It was fast in and out.

I loooooved the sweet lady I kept getting, even let someone go before me and waited for her to be done because she knew me. We made jokes all the time because I went through the entire process last Feb, only to have a health issue so I couldn’t finish my case last year.
So refilled this year, got the same lady and again, lots of jokes (“you again??” “I’m here to harass you”) and overall, she really is great. I’ll have to go get her name and update the review because she really is the best. Super kind, patient, and informative for my divorce case.

I'm sure the people here are wonderful, but the efficiency is definitely lacking. Why ask for contact information on certain forms if NO ONE is going to contact you, your attorney or the designated pick up service and you have to call and ask if papers are ready, wait 2+ days for filings to be accepted (or not), etc. I get work loads can get heavy. Hire more people, upgrade technology to streamline, training, there has to be something to make things better.

There is NO information on their website about passports. So here's what you need to know:
1) Regular cost is $130.00, PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY
2) Additional processing fee of $36.00, multiple forms of payment available but will charge extra if you use a card
3) They do NOT take passport photos there. Must bring your own, or they will send you to the Walgreens across the street where it costs $16.99
4) Must bring some form of citizenship and a Texas ID
5) Passport application form must be filled out in BLACK INK

** I made an appointment over the phone, not sure if this is required but you may want to schedule one just in case.
