Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Decatur, IL

I’m not too sure about all of these negative reviews. The rooms we clean and comfortable. The staff was as pleasant as could be during our stay. For an $80-$90/night room you couldn’t ask for more.

Decatur smells weird, this hotel was decent, small pool tho. Nice staff.

Heather, the front desk clerk was EXTREMELY pleasant, very warm and super professional. After a very frustrating afternoon, she was a breath of fresh air at check in. Room was very nice, smelled clean, and area was quiet. Will stay again if we're back in the area!

Out of town guests were made comfortable. Met every request with a smile.

Honestly, Jeff made this experience amazing. From my first call, where he took his time explaining my options, to our check out where he made sure to tell my kiddos by. We had a few requests to help us stay comfortable and he was always super helpful! He even brought a few things straight to our room. The pool was warm. My only complaint there was no towels by the pool. Breakfast was hot and there was enough selection. Our Jacuzzi suite was very clean and comfortable but also could have used some more towels:-)

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and the room is clean. They are in the process of remodeling so be patient and over look the work in time it will look even better. They were so helpful after I had a nightmare trying to check in at Baymont. I highly recommend not staying at Baymont, I already gave them a bad review. I DO RECOMMEND STAYING HERE ♥♥♥♥

Rooms are always clean and have everything we need. Some years we've used the pool and enjoyed it. A great place to visit.

Beautiful place! Indoor pool and hot tub very conveniently located! Fantastic staff! Nice breakfast! Free popcorn in the evening along with light refreshments, and fruit. Very conveniently located. You can ask for a handicap room that comes with the hand held shower or you can ask for Jacuzzi room or a Suite! I have no complaints whatsoever about this wonderful hotel. And we checked out at 4 AM on a Sunday morning and got a wonderful snack bag to go!

The room was great, very clean and quiet overall. The location was very good with many services and shopping options within minutes of hotel. Staff brandon and ( Mike) owner was super duper Always helps me and my family 4th time stayed here. Look refresh

My stay this week was great. The check in was easy and fast. The breakfast was spot on my first day. Then they got snow and i had to stay another day with a whole lot of people and a full hotel.. That next day everything was still spot on not missing anything. The pool area was clean and not over powering. I will be adding this hotel to my list of places to stay, when on the road.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean. Nice decor. Good breakfast with a range of hours. Checkout isn't until noon. Vending machines for those quick needs.

Even the pool is back open.

Great place! Jennifer the housekeeper was excellent. She was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to make our stay feel worth every penny. We will definitely be back and request her as a housekeeper

Great customer service with very kind staff. Extremely clean inside and outside hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms were immaculate. Will be on the lookout for the next Country Inn and Suites.

My stay was just fine, I really like the breakfast each day probably one of the top 3 for food quality I've had at a hotel. My room was decently clean and didn't have anything especially wrong with it besides not having an accessable plug to charge my phone near the bed. I had to pull the matress away from the wall to reach one.
Another side note for techies the Ethernet Jack in the room is not functioning. WiFi is available but very insecure as I was able to see everyone else's devices that were connected. This is a very shameful practice for a hotel. Also the internet is not the fastest here.

Hot breakfast is simple. 2 or 3 selections at a time. Pretty solid for a hotel breakfast. Popcorn + Cookies in the lobby all the time. Cleaning staff was very friendly. Rooms were sufficent.

Stayed overnight on a family trip. We got a King size bed with a pull out bed and it fit us all (5) perfectly. The breakfast was really good. Overall a really good experience.

What a great price! We came to town for a pool tournament and stayed here. The bed was comfy and the king suite was great. Will return if ever needed.
