I've been sending packages fairly frequently and the staff are usually very nice and friendly. My favorite worker is the short haired woman, she's very polite and patient with me.

I'm tired of the post office loosing my bills I mail. So far 4 pieces of mail lost. Just recently I mailed my tax return, went inside, talked to an employee had to add another 15 cents to mail and that was March 30. So far have not received my refund from irs. So I assume they lost this too. Hate using the mail service, not reliable.

Mount Pleasant, TX Post Office very poor performance on home delivery, Mail Hold, poor attitude of Post Master to USPS customers. Many excuses for poor delivery , same excuses for 8 years at this address. Post Master said they are doing all they can. Very poor delivery service and rude Post Master

I live on route 9 area in the chapel hill district and have recently had issues getting my small packages in the mail. I pay for prime and since I do pay for it expect my packages to arrive on time. But here lately the person delivering/ dropping off has left pink lips attempting to deliver but not able to deliver a small less than 2 pounds packages. When going to ask for package at post office no one knows where it's at or if I will get it on time. I had order for packege to be here for my kids school costume day and Halloween now they will have to go with whatever I am able to find at the store. The person needs to be held accountable for not delivering or accomplishing their job.

They destroyed my mailbox and did nothing about it even though I had footage of it. Usually Tony is good about fixing things but their new “post master” is incredibly rude and inexperienced and couldn’t even provide me with next steps.

Not very dependable. Leaves packages at wrong houses. One postal worker tried to steal my pkgs. Didn't deliver our mail today because they said our mailbox was blocked. Nothing was blocking our mailbox. They walk big pkgs to the porch. They could have done the same with our mail. We had a pkg we were expecting and they took it back go the post office and we have now wait until Monday to get it coz of their carelessness. They don't have anyone at the post office on Saturday to answer the phone or an answering machine. It said the mail was to be held at request of customer. We never asked that!! We need some more responsibile postal workers on our route. I'm tired of all the terrible service. I'm disabled and they know it and they will put pkgs on the ground instead of on the chair I put for them to set them in.
