Can't speak to atmosphere as I went through the drive through. Good food. Good service. Decent prices.

I always get the Philly Cheesesteak Meal and it’s always delicious with the perfect amount of meat and toppings. Their food is always hot and freshly made and I would recommend it

Needed a chili cheese dog fix. FRANKS hit the spot. Love their finally chopped onions. Didn't order fries this time but regret it afterwards. They have great fries. Have been here before. will come back again

This is definitely one of the best places to eat in Decatur. Every time I have been here the food has been fresh, plentiful, and delicious. Rates are pretty reasonable. The service is great and I have always gotten a correct order. Kitchen and dining room is clean. Don't let the exterior fool you, you don't get much better than Frank's in the area.

Awesome place awesome guy Lil expensive but worth it

One of my favorite hole-in-the-wall places in my hometown. I always get the Italian beef with hit and sweet peppers plus cheese and dipping sauce on the side. Get the fried okra and dip it in both ranch and honey. You'll love it! ❤

I first discovered them in Granite City Illinois in the early 2000's. That location closed and I thought I'd seen the last of them, so I was super-excited to see that the had come to Decatur when I came back to care for my mom. Love this place, love the staff, love the food!

I went here with my husband and two kids on 7/09/2018 and was blown away!
The food was delish, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was super friendly! There was something for each of us on the menu and the prices were amazing. What a wonderful little spot.

We rode through town and planned on just getting a quick bite and getting back on the road to head home but we were so relaxed and made to feel so welcomed that we stayed longer laughing and feeling like honored guest!

Such a blessing to find a place like this on a long road trip. Everyone should check it out.

I've grown to love this place over the last year or so. Their Italian Beef is the best in town. They also have good Philly sandwiches, burgers, Chicago Hot Dogs and more.

Went to Decatur on a Saturday for business, stopped here at 2 pm for a late lunch. My son and I had Chicago style dogs, fries, and gyros. The food was great, staff very friendly, and very clean!! Will plan on coming back.

Always super friendly staff. Food is fresh made to order. Prices are not bad. Try the chicken shawarma, fresh salads, banana pudding, gyros!! We visit here about once a week.

Frank's Italian beef sandwich 🥪 is delicious. Everytime I try to order a Philly cheese steak I feel like I'm cheating on the Italian beef. What can I say it's a love affair 😂🤣😂.

Should have a website or some way to see your full menu for call in orders.. as well as being set up for doordash or GrubHub I have a medical condition can't really take a chance on getting out too much so would be helpful for delivery
