Went to Dr. Tim Nichols office for the first time and from the moment I walked through the door I was very comfortable. The front desk clerk was very polite and welcoming. The staff in a whole was excellent. Dr. Tim was very nice and felt at ease with him. He talked to me and I can say my tooth was out and I didn't even know it. His assistant after the extraction was informative and also very polite. I would highly recommend this dentist office. If I need dental services again, I would definitely use them. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Moving from Washington State we thought we'd have a hard time finding a good dentist. I broke a tooth so I called Dr.Nichols office and got Dr. Garrison he is absolutely awesome. I'm so relieved to know I have a good permanent dentist. He is definitely an artist my teeth look beautiful.

I just want to start off by saying I’ve never before had the inclination to hug my dentist before, but after todays visit (for a root canal) I could have hugged every person in their office. I have a crippling fear of dentists, which has led to more problems than I care to admit but after working with Dr. Nichols I can confidently say I am no longer afraid of dentists. The whole process only took an hour from check in to check out, with the root canal taking 14 minutes start to finish. It was beyond worth the hour+ drive, everyone was so kind and understanding I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

I recently went there & had all my teeth pulled & they were amazing!! I couldn't have asked 4 a better dentist. They were constantly asking me if I was comfortable. They r my permanent dentist now even though I live in Harper's Ferry, WV, the drive is worth it!! I'd give them 10 stars if possible!!

I recently posted a post about Dr Nichols and on my next visit he was actually man enough to come in and ask me why I made the post I explained my side he listened attentively explained his side of what my opinion towards his actions were and after carefully listening and actually giving him the benefit of realizing how much he actually does in the day and has to do and of course me being in a better mood I would like to retract that post and say I think he is a very good dentist very caring and I can honestly say I did not even feel the first prick of the needle to numb my teeth he removed four teeth that day gave me medication for an infection and scheduled me for oral surgeon he was very nice his staff was very nice and I think I understand him better now and would like to say my first reaction to my last experience was a little harsh he's a great dentist and actually knows what he's doing thanks a lot Dr Nichols for being a real man and a great dentist.

I love this office. The dentist and staff are so friendly and considerate.

Dr. Nichols is the best in the business! He genuinely cares. I have been going to him since 2009 and whatever issue I have he handles it with compassion. My bite is really bad and he has taken the time with me to discuss options and talks through the process. His staff is always so pleasant and helpful. If they don't know the answer they will find out for you. My favorite dentist of all time!

On February 28, 2022 I went an had my teeth all pulled!!! What an amazing dentist! Excellent to say the least! I have had no pain or discomfort from 22 teeth being taken out at one time!!! I have to say he an his team are the best ever dentists I have ever had in my life! I highly recommend the practice at all cost!!! Thank You so much !!! Bless you all!!!❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻

I can’t for the life of me remember my dentist but he was amazing!! He calmed me down because of my anxiety and he had me so numb I didn’t even feel the pressure when he pulled 4 teeth for me! Highly recommend them!! All around positive and nice environment and people!!

DR Nichols is the best of the best...very patient, very nice, ask him to show you this year's elk he harvested in the Yukon. No better dentist. Great front desk staff, and great hygienist's, all around the best!!!

My experience here was amazing! I was very nervous and the whole staff was so friendly. The doctor was very kind and gentle and I hardly felt any pain at all! That's amazing considering I had 9 teeth extracted!! I would recommend them to everyone🙂

They are absolutely amazing!!! I have never been to a better dentist, nor have I ever had a better and less frightening (I'm terrified of the dentist lol) experience. Dr. Nichols is by far the best dentist in Hampshire, Hardy, or Grant counties. Great "bedside" manner, highly skilled, and very nice and calming. The place is clean, the employees are kind and efficient, and the all around experience is one that is surprisingly good. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist and office to anyone and everyone!!!

Best dentist I have ever visited. He is also a great humanitarian in his Haiti 🇭🇹 missionary work.

Absolutely hands down best dentist office. Knowledge, very kind, understanding, gentle. Quick. The beautiful lady at the front window from start to finish made me feel everything was ok. And it was. Can't say enough good about this office 10 star!!

Dr. Minh is so very great with me and my children, kind, understanding, and really tries to help you from being nervous. My Middle son is harder as he's got a processing problem making it harder for him to understand what is happening but they have earned his trust and do really well with him, which is really saying something! I am proud and thankful to have found a practice that was patient and caring enough to help my boy through his fear.

I will HIGHLY recommend this office to any and everyone! Especially, Dr Minh! He & Jackie we’re absolutely amazing to me. I suffer from dental phobia due to past trauma but I believe they helped me overcome it today! Thank you so much !

This is the absolute best experience I have ever had at a Dentist. Their entire staff is amazing. I drove an hour and half and will gladly do it again. Expert staff!
