I switched to Mayville Insurance about 1.5 years ago after a few bad experiences with my previous provider. They are so helpful and informative at Mayville Insurance. I appreciate the great customer service, the knowledge of the staff, and the reliability I can depend on from them. I have emailed a few times with random questions as life changes, and the responses I receive are thorough and timely. I would definitely recommend their services.

The staff at Mayville Insurance takes great care of us. Whether it's helping us renew our policy with best rates and coverage or reassuring us when we need to file a claim. They are always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We have been with them for many years now and are very satisfied.

Mayville has been my insurance agency for 18 years and has been outstanding in every way. I've had all my insurance thru Mayville for years. The couple of claims I've had were handled fast and efficiently. When I had a water pipe break on a Sunday they had a crew here within hours to start the repair process. I've always had awesome service from Mayville. They have always checked my renewal premiums and always checked and quoted the best insurance policy and premium they can find for me. I've already recommended them to other family and friends numerous times.

You leave the office with the feeling like you got a good friend who keeps an eye on you and gets you what you need not what the big companies are pushing. I dont worry about asking around to people at work what they are paying for Car and Home insurance , because when Mayville Insurance finds a better deal on a quality policy ,they notify me without me having to ask if there is something better. They are the pleasant part of having insurance and the by far the best agency Ive ever had.

Are there actually other insurance agencies?? I've been with Mayville Insurance so long I forget about the "others". The reason for that is because at Mayville Insurance they do all the work for you. They always make sure I'm getting the best rate, the coverage I need, and that it's on time. The service over the last 20yrs has been phenomenal, and I'm looking forward to many more years with them.

I have used Mayville Insurance for commercial and personal policies for years. I had joined a group of network referrals and changed my insurance and did I ever regret that. I came back to Tracy, as she really knows her job. She is VERY thorough at explaining everything and gets you the best commercial coverage you can get at the best price. My change to someone who did not have my personal best interest at heart, as Mayville insurance does, cost me a loss of over 30K. I would refer Mayville Insurance to anyone who wants great customer service, makes sure you are covered properly and even followed up to make sure coverage is working and to see if any questions. Almost 15 years of great service. They switched me to a different home insurance because they didn't like how the company handled problems. I have home and auto with them and nobody can match their yearly price. If I ever have a question there is always someone who can answer it for me. There are no complaints from me. :) Diane

For the past 12 or so years that I have been a customer here they have been great. They have always found the most affordable rate for my car insurance. Five years ago when my wife and I bought a house they helped us with combining our home and auto. In all of my experience I definitely only have good things to say about this company
