Excellent customer service from the very first phone call to the final install of carpet in my son's condo. Brittany was top notch helping me long distance to purchase new carpet, Mike was very friendly when he met with my son at the condo, and Sasha was super easy to work with via email. TOP NOTCH BUSINESS!!!

We wanted a kitchen backsplash installed. Mike was so nice and easy to work with. They called and stayed in touch for scheduling and ordering. The installers were top notch! Not only did they do an amazing job, they were so friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Floorpro is one of a kind - a hometown store with a very professional and helpful staff and up to date products and designs. Mike is outstanding - not only does he have the experience, but he goes the extra mile to help with design ideas, fix any issues, and make sure you are satisfied with the job. Sasha and Seth were great to work with and Scott did a great install. You don't get this kind of service from the other big carpet dealers.

All of the previous reviews are accurate. Mike was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about everything. His staff members and the flooring installer, John, were all extremely friendly and professional as well. Not only did they beat the prices of the other quotes we got, for better product in my opinion, but they also fit us in their schedule sooner than the others could as well. I have nothing negative to say about our experience with Mike's Floorpro. I highly recommend for your next flooring project and for this reason, they deserve 5 stars!

I would recommend these guys to anyone. Mike is very knowledgeable about the products, and he was able to help me confidently choose a luxury vinyl tile and carpet to replace flooring from the 80's in my new home. They were friendly and the installation was amazing, even considering what was under that old flooring. My house feels brand new, and I couldn't be happier with my service and product.
