I must first say that it was an excellent shopping experience. I knew what I was looking for with size and measurements. Design consultant, Jessica Carter shortly approached as I entered. She ask and I told her what I needed. She had a suggestion and took me by them. Then she had an table and 2 chairs. It was perfect and Jessica even thought of 2 small drop leaves. I never thought of that. She explained the delivery options. I purchased with white glove delivery service and so looking forward to my pub table and chairs. Thank you.

Love my new Home Stretch sofa and loveseat. Furniture purchases are a big deal but Ruslam was very helpful at the Decatur store and took all the time needed to show me everything and answer all my questions. The delivery guys were very polite and made sure all was good before they left. I’m very happy with my purchase. Thanks Best Brands Outlet.

She was very professional at what she does and answered every question that I had and made sure to hook me up with the right equipment I'm very happy I couldn't ask for any better unless you got a ribeye steak and baked potato to go with it lol

I am not thrilled with my 3 end tables that I bought. I love the way you can plug them in, but the tables are not holding up very well for the $300.00 I paid for each. I like my couch and sofa. Shirley Tapia

On an early Friday afternoon I went in search, with my 9 year old son, for a twin size mattress that could not be over 12inchs in depth, for his loft bed. I met several very nice gentleman at The Best Brands Outlet managers and owners, but my salesman, Mason Hemingway, was the one who was able to find us exactly what we were looking. He knew I needed a mattress right away and took the time to find one, in store, for my son. He even took the time to help Bobby, full name Robert, pick out a perfect pillow for his new mattress as well. Mason was attentive, extremely helpful, and super great with my son. The store was clean well kept and most importantly the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you Mason, I truly appreciate all your help today!

Kyleah was super helpful! I stopped by this outlet a couple times and Kyleah helped me both times. First time I didn’t buy and when I returned a few months later the sectional I was looking at was sold out. She helped me find another and explained financing options. She gave me space to make a decision but showed up to check on my at just the right times.
