Great service. We rented from Budget which is the same company apparently. The vehicle that we paid for online was available...actually they had 4 available to choose from...the guy that assisted us was very friendly. Check in was simple and quick. The vehicle was extremely clean and the total cost was about $150 cheaper than Enterprise. Definitely will be using Avis/Budget again instead of Enterprise.

My husband and I were in a wreck and since we were from out of town, Enterprise wouldn't take our debit cards. After a walk down the highway we came across Avis. The young man named BJ in there immediately eased our fears of not being able to get home to our children. He had us in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, the car was clean and the service was EXCELLENT!!!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone that lives locally in need of a car rental to go to Avis, I'll forever be thankful to that young man for getting me home.

The fella I contacted a week prior to the scheduled rental date was professional, courteous and accommodating. The day of the rental was an unfortunate delay beyond his control but he graciously made concessions and assisted better that I even would have expected. I will definitely return and give my support to this individual. It was worth the drive from Gadsden
