Lawndale Christian Health Center at Farragut Career Academy

This is my first time going to this clinic and I was amazed by the way they treat you and the great service they provide. The regular Dr.'s you see they are in a rush, and they make you wait for ever before you are seen. This Dr. was the best ever for the many year I have been living in Chicago. He listen and provided all the information I had in mind to discuss, also he made me feel very comfortable and easy to open up to discuss my health issues. I recommend this place and the Dr. I saw. May God bless you and keep you offering excellent service to patients.

I've had nothing but excellent care at the Farragut site. I was a patient of Dr. Chui for some years, and briefly with Dr. Fabrizeus, both amazing and caring doctor's. I can't forget the rest of the staff who are warm and inviting. From the front of the clinic to the back. Thank you all.

I am also pleased with the quality of care received. The doctors at the center care about their patients and provide quality and holistic care. The center offers a variety of services, including an AWESOME new fitness center. Everything you could possibly need to be healthy and fit is available.

Me and my children have been going here for over 15 yrs and I love the doctors and staff.

It would be nice if I was told I was being transferred to another location when calling to schedule an appointment. I had to start the same conversation all over again after finding out the new voice on the phone wasn’t even the same place.

If I can give them one star I would the fact I have been coming to this location when I was a freshman at Farragut and now that I graduated in 2017 they just have been horrible I don’t get the same service as before and to top it off they changed my doctor. I have been seeing that doctor since 2014 and they changed her without even telling me! & since I’ve been with this new doctor they changed to me it sucks they take forever. It took one hour to get a room and just to get an ok for my vaccination then made me wait another 15 minutes for them to call me to get the vaccine! & I had already told them why is it taking SO lONG just for ONE vaccination! Yea I changed locations quick I’m not dealing with them anymore. Crazy part was I called Monday (May 8th) to schedule the appointment they said until May 30th they have availability within 2 minutes I called the Odgen location & they scheduled me for today?!! (May 10th) but they said there wasn’t availability!?? Yea do better!

The doctors, and nurses here are lovely! I wish I could say the same for the front staff! They are very rude, and they laugh in your face. The whole time I was in the waiting area, they were loud, and they were gossiping. I am not returning to this location!

If your insurance doesn't cover all the services you want or need this clinic won't tell you but will mail you an invoice.
I came in with a blue cross blue shield and the clinic stated they were in the network but at the end of my visit they told me the vaccines weren't covered or my lab exam. I'm so upset at this clinic more it being a Christian clinic. What if I couldn't or didn't wanna pay for those services? I don't understand I guess I just pay insurance money a month for fun.
