We have been getting our beef from here for several years now. Love them. The people are so friendly and alwaysake you feel welcome.

Owners are great, they are happy to help in any way they can, have never been disappointed with service and quality of meats Will go back again.

First off, for clarification, the two 1 star reviews are from back when this place was under different ownership and processing different meat.

We're long time customers from their original Gibson City location. The quality of the beef is impressive. Their steaks exceed even high end restaurants we've been to at prices lower than most local grocery stores. I pretty much don't even bother ordering a steak at a restaurant anymore, haha. Definitely worth the trip to stock up on excellent NY Strip, Fillet, Ribeye, etc. They also carry some offals but they're not super high demand so you might want to call ahead.

Wr get a full beef to split between our families every year. Best beef I've had .. great prices and even friendlier staff!!! This is a must for us every year for Christmas!! Check them out!!

I called for beef heart. They stayed open after hours for me to come and pick them up. I'm super pleased with the beef heart. I'm gonna buy some of their beef tongue next. I hope they open back up for in store shopping.

We always buy our beef here. Great folks who own the shop. Great quality beef and good prices.

A group of us have had them butcher several steers for us we've bought directly from the farmer and they always do a first rate job butchering and packaging the meat.

Bought half of beef and it is some of the best we have ever bought. The bacon we got was the best ever.
