Extended Stay America - Peoria - North

Staff is always nice and cleaning is prompt with speedy maintenance.. ive stayed here for 3 months now and they make it hard for me to look for anything else. Peaceful area and rooms with access to local shopping and restaurants nearby.

I stayed at two comparable hotels: Travelodge by Wyndham Peoria and Baymont by Wyndham Peoria. I know the bar is low, but compared to those places, Extended Stay America is amazing. The staff is super friendly and actually willing to help. The entire place is clean, and the air-conditioned hallways are a relief from the humidity (trust me, you'll want this). The rooms are well maintained; nothing is falling onto the floor or on you. Honestly, I highly recommend this place.

Hotel was very clean. Had a complimentary upgrade on our room, needing 2 beds instead of 1. Valerie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Excellent stay. Will stay again. This hotel offers a discounted rate for cancer patients. I have stayed there 3 times. Zero complaints. 💯

The best and most cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in.My job booked my room. The service and kindness that Mackenzie, Nichole and Valerie showed me was unlike any other hotel experience these 3 awesome ladies deserve recognition. Thank you again ladies for all you've done. I hope to see you again.

Looking forward to checking in on Sunday-Especially since I can use my meal delivery service in the kitchen! Last contract (different hotel, different state) I wound up finding a month to month apartment, but I would MUCH prefer to stay put-the kitchen and competitive rate seals the deal for me! Looking forward to my stay.

It's a little pricey unless you book online then you get the best deals. The in-person service isn't too bad. The location isn't the best but as long as you lock your car and take your stuff inside you should be okay. There's a lot of homeless people wandering around. there are a lot of restaurants, fast food within driving distance of 10-15 minutes.

I moved to Peoria last year, & had decided to stay at this hotel until I was sure about the area & the new position I'd relocated for. Unfortunately, I was completely side-swiped by cancer, so I have been here for exactly 1 year & 22 days. I NEVER could have imagined finding myself going through, and recovering from, chemo in any hotel; let alone an Extended Stay America! But I'll tell you one thing: this hotel & its staff are the best in the business & the group every other hotel should model themselves after. This has been my BEST hotel experience ever (minus the getting sick)! I'm used to fancy hotels and resorts, but destiny must have known what was coming & landed me in a hotel with a FANTASTIC staff, from front-of-the-house to back. Over the last year, EVERY - SINGLE - EMPLOYEE has gone above & beyond in one way or another. Whether checking to make sure I was alive & okay; grabbing something for me in a new world I can't yet go out into; comforting me through the worst moments of my illness; making sure everyone around me was quiet as I rested & healed; obsessing over the cleanliness of not just my room, but also the areas I had to traverse; or a hundred other examples I could give; this hotel & its staff has given me a safe place & the strength & support I need to recover. Every hotel has its pros & cons, & we all have different experiences, but I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime, PERIOD. For any class of hotel, you can rest assured you will be getting the best service available by staying here. Under Extended Stay America's compassion, concern, & selflessness, I am continuing my recovery & looking forward to whatever adventures are ahead! I will NEVER forget what this hotel and its staff has done for me, and I'm just so thankful for the care I've received; they have changed my whole opinion of hotels and humanity.

Very comfortable rooms, great water pressure in the showers, desk space, comfortable chairs, nice flat screen TV, dish network satellite. These rooms feature a full kitchen so you can save money and cook for yourself if you desire. It is located near many different food options and shopping as well. The staff is also top notch, from the front desk staff, to housecleaning and even management, very hospitable, went out of their way to help make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and having the option to prepare my own meals saved me a ton. It's also located in a very safe neighborhood, I never had to worry about my vehicle getting messed with (but still lock your doors and don't leave rolls of cash sitting out, common sense stuff). I guess it's not exactly centrally located, but it was amazingly convenient for where I was working. Easy on to the freeway once you learn the roads, the mall and other shopping located very close. I hope that I get work in the area again because I will definitely stay here again!

Nice large rooms. Staff is always polite and friendly, check-ins are simple. We have stayed in Peoria recently several times and this is our go-to place to stay. Pet friendly, kitchenettes and cable TV! I have a special needs child so trying to find the right place is extremely important to us. The Extended Stay America in Peoria met all of our expectations and more.

Excellent customer service, front desk personnel are wonderful. A young man (star charm on necklace, sorry I forget names) helped us to get into my client's room. The lock battery had died and he fixed it quickly and efficiently while juggling all of his other responsibilities. He was patient and courteous. I appreciate his great attitude, the type of attitude that the hospitality industry should strive for in all of it's services and employees. The rooms are clean and wonderfully accommodating with a full fridge, plenty ofcabinet space, small counters, a stove top and sink! Strict no smoking policy enforced by deposit. Laundry services,I do not recall if there's a pool... Secure building all entrances are opened with key card. Plenty of parking, conveniently located near several shopping and restaurants. Right off of interstate 74/rt 150. Would recommend, budget pricing- (go online for best deals). WiFi , Vending (high prices).

We had a great stay. We were in AZ for a medical reason (1 week) and the Extended Stay suite filled the bill. The little kitchenette was perfect. Room size perfect. You should bring your own soap and toiletries just like you would if you rented a house. This place is no frills, ie, no pool, weight room etc, but we weren't there for the amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a week. Rooms are nice and well taken care of. Rate was reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy grass access for pet. Nice neighborhood. Felt safe. kitchenette in room. Nice place. Quiet all night except for neighbors breeding in next room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I forgot a charger port and they were able to find an extra for me. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and will return in the future

Staff is friendly and accommodations are good. Housekeeping is very good. If you want a great place to stay & affordable then you need to rest your head at Extended Stay- Peoria. Thanks for making my decision to stay here a Great choice.

5 stars based in value. I had read many poor reviews for this place but I experienced none of that. Only major complaint is breakfast oatmeal and coffee, but a super low nightly rate made me forget about that. They should remove free breakfast from advertisements. Hotel was clean, outside doors lock at 9pm. I would stay again.

Been here over 2 months for work The front desk is always has time for questions. The only bad thing is the house cleaning it's only like once a week. The one lady working is very hard worker.

We had to leave 2 days early. The front desk was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and easy to talk too.
Only problem was the rooms smelled like smoke. The front desk appoligized for the inconvenience.

Staff is friendly. They're knowledgeable about the area and gave great suggestions on where to shop. They also offer cookware with the room to save some money cooking.

We are from Florida and needed a place tonstay while my husband was in the hospital at OSF St Francis Medical Center. Never stayed at any type of extended hotels and were nervous because of the rumors you hear about them. This hotel was great. It was quiet. The staff were friendly and accomodating. If you have to stay for more than afew days in Peoria, I recommend staying here. Very close to St Francis, easy 5 minute drive.

We had a nice, quiet evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was that the tub is VERY slippery.
