Very clean, organized, and professional. The staff were all very polite and helpful. I had to drive from 3 hrs away to come see this dentist and she made sure my trip was not wasted. She did a great job with my extractions. She is booked up so our appointments are far out, but it is worth the wait. Plus they accept Illinois Medicaid.

I went in for a set of X rays because I was feeling some pain in my tooth. The dentist/doctor gave me a thorough tooth and gum cleaning, citing that it needed it. My mouth feels great and she said if I continued to experience pain in my tooth, she would add a crown to it!

A different doctor was going to pull the tooth without much examination or care. The Familia dentist saved me from losing one of my precious teeth! Thank you so much for an A+ experience. You deserve the 5 stars 100%! I will be back for certain!

The best dentist office I’ve ever been to! Every staff member is so friendly and down to earth. They make you feel so comfortable which is a huge plus for someone that deals with anxiety!

My first time getting cavities filled+trauma from my previous dentist+I had to bring my 8mo son bc I lost my babysitter. They handled it perfectly my baby got help when he dropped toys and wanted snacks, I felt more comfortable than ever in a dentists office and they numbed me up extra to ease my mind. Love this place!

Very good service! Alll of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had no pain during a difficult filling procedure. They explained everything. I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and procedure. Very professional.!

Just had impressions done for dentures. In and out in 30 minutes. Everyone I came in contact with were professional and seemed content. My last appointment, I had last 2 teeth extracted and I can't say how excellent that went. The doctor knew what he was doing, therefore, the procedure was flawless. Thank you. Just an update...I've had several appts now and received my dentures. Everyone was still just as nice and professional as my first visit.

This place took more then 25 minutes to get me back for my appointment but when they started it was quick and easy. I am overall satisfied with the visit and will be going back. I love how professional everyone was and how clean the facility was. I really enjoyed going to this place and would recommend to anyone looking for dentist.

My wife And I waited a considerable amount of time..we both were called in same time even though 1/2 hour apart.taken Care for by Same x-ray technician and then dentist.both were pleasant which made the difference and a fine impression.. this helped me because I have always stressed even 60 yrs long.. thanks 🙏👍

I had a good experience this time Dr. Wong is very polite a professional. The previous dentist there left a piece of my tooth in that she removed. I’d definitely like her to treat me again.

Everyone is super nice. Only had one person so far that kinda was rude to me and my daughter but she still wasn’t that bad. They take very good care of my daughter. Thank you guys

I am scared of dds offices( bad past experience!) But decaturs dds dds& her assistant is wondering! ( No pain! And so kind - Always asking if doing ok- and talks so kindly to all patients! Great experience & blessed to have this dental group in our area!( Clean building& they all work so well with each other!) Can't say enough good things about them! My 4 front chipped teeth- look brand new!! So happy!

I had a great experience from the moment I checked in. The front office was friendly and welcoming, and getting checked in was simple and quick. The dental assistant and dentist were both kind, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Great staff, from the front door to the back! Professional, polite, and on time, even though incredibly busy. They have it running smooth so there is no wait time. I went in a little uneasy, left a lot better.

Got my tooth pulled and didn’t feel a thing ! She was patient and very gentle while pulling my tooth out ! The last experience I had sucked when getting a tooth pulled but this time I give 5 stars ! Thank you so much again !

The dentist did a great job. My quality of life has been greatly improved by attending to my oral health. Thank you familia dental. I can finally sneeze without biting myself in the upper chest region. I would recommend familia dental to anyone who has teeth, or has had teeth,even if you dont have teeth, and never have, or if you did have but and now if you want to take good care of your gums, they can help with that also.

I had to have a tooth removed and I was anxious as the last time with another dental practice, it hurt so much and took a long time. At La Familia Dental I had the greatest experience with my tooth removal. The dentist was excellent and the whole experience was quick and pain free.

Very sweet and it helped my anxiety. She was constantly checking to make sure I was doing ok.
